We just got a letter in the mail today from our attorney with a copy of a fax she received from SS's Law Student Practitioners appointed to represent him. It states that at the last hearing officer conference last week it was discussed "statements were made regarding misrepresentations that were made to the evaluator of non-filed documents purporting to be court documents. Has the evaluator been informed of these misrepresentations?"
Ok BM was supposed to call us PRIOR to 9 am YESTERDAY if she was going to take visitation. Well she called DH today at 455 saying she had tried to call and couldn't get through and we couldn't prove otherwise" uh really? Bullshit! I called the phone company and they have NO incoming calls from here except for the one at 455 today. This woman STILL has not provided us with a current phone or address and is still pushing for visitation tomorrow morning (mind you she hasn't seen the kids since thanksgiving of last year, and no phone calls) our atty AGREED to let her see the kids!!!! WTF?
So, with Christmas right around the corner, Ive been thinking about how SD gets to have 5+ Xmases and how SD seems disappointed if she doesn't get Everything on her wishlist from DH and I. SD gets to open gifts here, with her mom, with BMs boyfriends family, with my mom and grandma, with BMs parents AND with DH's parents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SIX effin xmases?!?!?!I JUST REALIZED THAT as I was typing!!!!!!!!!! and she acts ungrateful? disappointed? BORED???????? eewww I'm pissed. I'm basing SD's gift on her report card this year..Should be a cheap xmas for her.
I wanted to take dh's and our kids to chuck-e-cheese... when lo and behold DH asks me if we could wait until skids could come.
I told him no, that we are going now with OUR kids. Tomorrow we will be going to the pumpkin patch for a fun day of hayrides and picking pumpkins. NO - we again will not be waiting for skids.
I dont care to entertain or spend any money on skids. We spend enough in support.
I just cant believe he thought that I was going to be okay with taking bratty skids anywhere! Does anyone else s DH's ever try to pull that crap?
I am so happy to have found this site. Reading all of your posts gives me hope that I can find someone to talk to and relieve me of my sadness and worries.
I am very lucky to be with a man that treats me so well and adores me, however, he comes at a cost with 3 children from a previous marriage. Their ages range from 12-16.
I have no children of my own and have never been married.
Why is it that people can't believe children (step-children) can be very manipulative and conniving, especially if the BM is this way? My SO always says "oh she's not that smart or that evil to something like that". He needs to find out want the humans hierarchy of needs are in a normal, well adjusted human, he might be surprised!
Just found out I might be keeping SD9 for 3 months ON MY OWN!!! DF might be going out of town for business. (He's in the military) He needs to do some training for 3 months and he "Needs me" he Pleads me to keep SD9 during that time, during the week(because of school.) and have BM take her the weekends.
There have been issues lately with BM not telling BF things and BM flipping out because BF didn't tell her things. So I am just curious, what does BF have to tell BM. I know there is a RO in the divorce barring her from 'interfering in his personal liberties' and I am guessing that I fall under a personal liberty. BM is a major control freak so she wants to be in on everything.
Sobbing, crying, running nose. The works.
It's a ham-freaking-sandwich.
BM has convinced SS5 that he has food issues and can't handle normal food. He can handle pop tarts, cake, cookies, corn dogs.
Anything that is bad for him and microwavable.
But a ham sandwich is TOO MUCH. This kid is about to turn 6 and has a food range of about twelve items.
