Well I managed to survive the weekend....survive being the keyword here. I figured out a bottle of wine and a few drinks really help!! Unfortunately that's not a solution I want to have to resort to 7 days a week. :sick: Since I have 2 jobs it makes it kind of hard to work. I think I'll as for more shifts at the part time job so I won't have to be home as much. The SD better get off her butt and find a job this week. I'm tired of looking at her drooling all over the couch doing nothing already.
My husband is sweet, sensitive, kind, trusting and totally naive to the conniving, manipulative, selfish women in his life. And I include myself in that statement...
I am DH's third wife.
I should not be surprised since BM does some stupid things but this takes the cake. We picked up FSS at 3pm today. BM woke him up. He was in his car seat, not buckled in, on the kitchen table sleeping. BM hands FSS over to BF in a onesie and nothing else. No pants, no socks, nothing but his diaper and onesie shirt. Keep in mind its like 50 degrees, sunny and breezy outside. BF says "naked baby" to which BM replies, "he gets hot". We get FSS to his grandparents house and his diaper is soaked and he smells horribly of spoiled milk and sweat.
Ok, so we got the letter from the CS enforcement agency saying that they were going to raise the CS amount and that BF can appeal that in court if he wishes. My question is, considering that BM was fired from her job in October of '07 (six months ago) and still doesn't have a job...what kind of outcome is most likely? BF is hoping that he can prove BM to be unstable and unable to care for SS adequately at this time, and the judge will grant him primary custody. Would a judge be more likely to do that or increase the CS payment to make up for her loss of a job?
Well as many of you know fiance's kids live with EW's mom. Has been for the past 8 months, but EW keeps the child support check. Well fiance calls me from work and said did you know EW mom's was in ICU from stress. Doctor told her that she almost had a stroke. I'm like duh her daughter just dropped her kids off with her and doesn't give her the child support check. So yeah I would be stressed too. So now fiance really wants to get his kids. He has been saying that he is going to for a while but now its like he really needs too.
Desperately in need of someone who can help in dealing with a situation with the psycho BM. Please help!
My exH is a typical deadbeat dads!
At this moment he is nearly $20,000 behind in child support!!! He hasn't been caught up in over 10 years and the number has only gotten higher and higher.
He doesn't work much and when he does it's usually for cash so that it's not recorded.
Years ago he could have gotten the original amount reduced...I told him to do it (it's better than getting behind)...my lawyer told him to do it...Hell, the judge even told him once to file the paperwork to get it reduced...but he's too lazy!! Well, that's HIS problem that he's this far behind.
This woman keeps sending FSS with underwear that are way too small! Plus he's overweight...we weighed him and checked a growth chart and he's 5 but is fitting into size 8 pants around the waist only...FH asked FSS if his mother had boughten him new underwear, FSS replies with "Mom said you never send money to take care of me" :O This woman is stupider than I thought! What does CPS do about parental alienation? And he still has those white marks on his nails and now he has rosy cheeks, rosacia?
Some of you may have read my post a couple weeks ago about other SS wanting to move in with us.
He still does......
He told BM over the last couple weeks that he wants to come live with us and OMG the treatment he got from BM. She screamed at him and grounded him for 5 months for wanting to "leave her" and even went so far as to tell him that if he were to continue wanting to come live here that she would not come and get him for visitation and that she would disown him.....WTF???!!!!!!!
This woman (and I use that term loosely) has completely lost her mind.
First of all, picked SS and SD up at 6, as usual, for the weekend.
Their Step-Grandparents car was in the driveway so H told SS (the one who lives with us) that he better go in and say hello in case they aren't here on Sunday when we drop his brother and sister off. SS went to the door but it was locked so he had to wait. His SGma answered the door, but only opened it a crack instead of just inviting him in...SS finally got inside the door when his brother and sister came down to go out...SGma gave him a very reluctant hug.
