Wow!!! Praises to the good Lord up above that for a change all is going well in my life. I'm filled with joy beyond joy! ^_^
I had previously failed a very important exam (that unfortunately, I later found out I was missing 3 important chapters needed as a prep for the exam). Fortunately, during my last study prep for my retake, I discovered the missing info & brought it to the attention of my school & passed my exam with flying colors! Yay!!!!
SS11 called me a work the other day. He NEVER calls me at work. His litle voice on the other end of the line was so cute. 
He didn't even say hello. He just said (my name), Thomas's mom wants to talk to you.
I just hate this stage in a child's life. They are so self-absorbed, self-centered little adults with no clue as to the real world. Part of me just wants to kick both SD16 and BS15 out for a bit to get a taste and appreciation of all we do for them.
I am thinking about taking both to a local homeless shelter and soup kitchen just to see, but I still don't think it will get through. This entitlement of kids today is so annoying. A couple of years ago even my kids hated hearing kids act the way they are now acting---arghhh
I don't understand why DH refuses to file papers for child support. We have had SS for 6 months and BM has not given nor has she done anything for SS. DH says that since we don't receive any support from my son's BD then the kids are even. I disagree. I have taken my son's father for child support and he refuses to pay. He would rather run from the law than to pay. We have literally received $1000 in 14 years. My DH has accepted that fact, but at the same time refuses to file papers on his EX.
I haven't posted in a long time. Last time, when my nasty (adult) stepbrats stormed my house and threatened my life, I was called a Drama Queen for being frightened and needing support. This time I'm just amazed.
Hubby paid off the arrears that was owed for 1/2 of September, & all of October...PLUS he paid all of November's before the end of this month (November!!)
He sent a 'bill pay' check via our bank, and it stated it would be processed November 12th. (received by the DCSE). This check was for over $3700!!
Hubby emailed DCSE recently regarding this payment that WAS posted on the 12th of November. He told BM that it would be there the 12th and it was, WHEW! He wondering what the hold-up was, because the status reads, "Unprocessed Amount" for that large check's amount.
I just wanted to write very quickly about something that has been bothering me for such a long time... I see these women on magazines, tv, and music, and guys just ohh and ahh at them, because they are gorgeous. Not because their faces are that gorgeous, but mainly their bodies. I am sure that if I walked around in the kind of outfits that these women wear I would have ohh's and ahh's as I walked down the street too. But along with those wouldn't I hear a lot of "sluts," or namecalling?
OK I have treated myself for the lice I found on Monday with the RID stuff. Still found more Tuesday so tried another treatment with olive oil and vineigar...I've been combing my hair every day but I still itch. Ive done the listerine thing and I still itch. Does that mean I still have it? How long does it take for the itching to stop? Help please from anyone whom has been there...it also does not help that I can't stop thinking about it and that makes my skin crawl but I really do itch. So do I still have it?
I'm entertaining myself with some evil demise and I'm trying to think of solutions to my problem right now grumpy DH and the type of hubby and father he is becoming with his lack of wisdom and lack of patients and lack of effort, and just plain I dont care attitude about life right now....Oh wow I just got an idea. The wicked step mom is on to something but actually on to a master plan to help my husband be a better father...
SS15 can't stand that our five year old is going out for pee wee wrestling through his school and learning something he isn't so guess what tomorrow he is going out for high school wrestling with a messed up shoulder just because he can't stand that my son is getting attention for a sport that SS15 has never done. SS15 is in Karate, and Baseball.
