was wondering if anyone is going thru all this in Fl., I read some of the blogs about adoption and kinda got curious mainly cause BM doesn't have anything to do with SD except her phone calls that was court order so I know the only reason she calls is because she feels she has to but with her sister having every other weekend visits would that count as the same if she was getting her it is confusing as to why sister gets visitation but the judge said because SD has the right to know that side of family and since BM doesn't give a S**T we need to,well it is summer now and the Aunt is suppose
So for those of you who didn't read the old stuff last summer BM took SD for the first week- we sent the food of course, then the next visit lasted one day (instead of two weeks) the next less than a day, so SD left tonight for the first visit----- anyone feeling my anxiety?
She psyched out DH!!! She left this message earlier saying she wanted to "confirm plans" so when DH got home he called her. Both phones he said. He came back outside so quick I instantly knew...she wouldn't answer. This was over two hours ago and you guessed...still no call.
She must have chickened out since he wasn't able to talk when her nerve was up!!
CG- what would your BM do here?
where's she been? anyone seen or heard from her? i missing her wit, sarcasm and humor!!!
So now after DH emailed her to put in writing what she said last night now BM wants to "confirm plans" with him. Who knows what she has come up with this time. DH isn't at home so he'll have to deal with it when he gets here but why won't she put it in writing? Why call? Can't she talk in writing like he asked??? Oh, riiigghhtt...that would mean putting it in writing for the world to see that she wants it all to be her way!! Amazing!!!

BM called a little while ago and said she didn't have any extra money to be buying jewelry. She has bills that are due and just didn't think it would be wise. I found this odd since she was the one who called me to go...
I also overheard her talking to her mom yesterday saying that she might be having "company" over tonight. I'm sure I can guess what that entails. So maybe she needs extra time to clean her house or get her nails done or something.
No big deal. I let her know that I completely understood.

I was reading "yahoo news" yesterday, and read an article that still has me puzzled. It was in the Boston Globe, A father of a 15 yr old girl, who was unmarried to her mother, and had a good relationship with his daughter, is still expected to pay CS, even now that he is dead!! The order will still be in effect and will come out of his "estate" as the judge and courts still think that he should continue to support his daughter.??? She also recieves 992/ a month in S.S. benifits& the 200,000 she gets in life insurance.
i know this is going to sound really petty but im just looking for advice on how to handle this better and not feel so bad.
I was reviewing our bank accounts to see what I could pay extra to the credit card, and LOW AND BEHOLD.. my Direct TV bill went up $71 from one month to the next. So.. I call.... and was not prepared for this.
Me: Hi, I was curious as to why my bill went from $84/month to $155/mth.
DTV: That was for the purchase of some adult movies at $14.95/movie. There were 7 purchases.
Me: WHAT WERE THE DATES AND TIMES?? Remove ordering ANY movies from my account!
I get off the phone w/that nice lady, and SUFFICIENTLY MORTIFIED!
