So, get this, BM never put her phone number as a contact for SD's school, neither did she put DH's phone number (cell or work). She put her parents' house phone number. SD's teacher called to complain about SD's attitude in class and that she skips a good part of the class to go to the bathroom with another girl in class. The teacher spoke to BM's father. BM's father called DH to tell him that he needs to do something about his daughter, that perhaps SD needs to come and live with us, that if DH doesn't do something, she's going to turn out like DH!!!! :jawdrop:
This is such a hard thing and rough as it is. But my step daughter was told last night she cant talk to me anymore. By BM. Then BM texts me and yells at me for asking through Yahoo IM how my SD is doing. I was talking with SD and all the sudden she said she couldnt talk to me and logged off. Then Bm texted me and yelled at me for talking to SD.
It is unreal the abuse and problems BM cause and it only hurts the children. Do they not see that
What's this I feel? A little "nub" between my SO's legs...wait, I think he is starting to grow his balls back! It's an early Christmas miracle!!!
So I sat my skids down the other night and tried to talk to them. I told them that shit was gonna change around here. I am done being thier slave and that I am sick of thier laziness passing onto my bd. I will no longer be afraid to enforce the chores and them picking up after themselves. I told them they will punished if they do not do their chores and I don't care what they tell their bm or bgm. I reminded them that I am the adult and if they don't choose to help out they will deal with the aftermath. We will see how it goes!
My husband and I have been together for 5yrs now. We have a 4yr together and he has a 14yr and a 17yr. Every time his kids come around his whole attitude change and he doesn't see it. My biggest problem is with his 17yr old..........Nothing in our house is personal nor private, she calls and texts her mom all day regarding what were doing. Their mom talks negatively about me around the children and when they come to visit I'm dealt the attitude. My husband and I have been to counseling and I thought we made some progress, but apparently not.
So my fiances daughter will be graduating next month and Im not invited and my Fiance wants me to go. I DO NOT want to go to this event simply because I will be treated badly and will be hurt and angry after its all over. I dont want to put myself thru all that. Ive done it tooo many times already and Im tired of fighting a losing battle. Its been 4 yrs. and no change in her attitude toward me, just the same ole bitch. Its terrible that I have to get on this site and say these horrid things, Im a very friendly person and am not use to being around people of this sort.
Some of you work from home, I was recently laid off and am looking for ideas to get the job search going again. Anyone have any ideas of a legit site to work from home? I used to know the name of a site that didn't pay much but heck it was extra cash.
I was going through the mail and found a letter from the IRS. I thought it was a bit early to have them knocking on my door since we haven't filed yet, but lo and behold, it was a letter informing us that someone else had also claimed the skids on their taxes. According to the letter, if we are legally able to claim these skids, we didn't have to do anything at all.
}:) I wanna smack my ex sooooo much right now lucky for him he lives 45 min away...even though our divorce papers say our daughter lives with him she has lived with me 24/7 since divorce...and with me & DH last 4 years...Me, DH & state cover expenses..she is registered for school where I live...the last 4 years my ex has claimed her on taxes because papers say she lives with him...well this year the irs held up his taxes supposedly because of child support which I never filed against him state did..and they want to know if he was entitled tax money for our daughter age 6 the last 4
Alright, this blog entry is written to quell the burning questions everyone has as to why I'm this depressed about everything. As well as to address the other comments about "oh at least you're not from Rwanda" because in reality, and in various respects, it IS possible to be worst off than a Rwandan.
Just to warn you and in advance, this is very much a rant and rave. Choose carefully before replying.
Let us start with the obvious and the unapparent, the obvious being an "obvious immigrant" such as a Rwandan and the "Unapparent immigrant" such as a Canadian.
