It went great! She dropped her request for regular visitation, so the current order stands where she has only supervised visitation at DH's discretion.
When I asked for the keys back for my apartment, and that DH cannot hide from SD15 here at my place anymore... I ended up letting him have the keys back. I gave in to his little jabs. He would say something like "Well, you better lock the door since I don't have a key" or "Better open the door since I don't have a key.." Every time was like a jab in the heart. I take to heart the things my husband says and it hurt when he pointed it out. Thing is... he knows it and doesn't care.

FDH is celebrating a landmark birthday today. Despite her best efforts to stay home with BM, SD12 was here last night for visitation. I had a nice dinner and cake for him so he could celebrate with his daughter. Of course, the whole thing got off to a very late start because she refused to come out of the house and get in his car. This resulted in BM leaving the house (somehow this was supposed to help) and then FDH going IN her house to get her.
I'm so irritated right now... I try and try to let this crap with Mil/Bm roll off my shoulders but now I feel like MIL is trying to talk about my family because of Bm trying to run her mouth. Apparently Bm called Mil and started pouting saying that Ss is having a nightmares and talking about zombies because he's playing with my cousins kids...
I know bullying is a big topic in school now, SD and I have talked about it and I am proud that she stood up for this girl on her bus that was getting bullied. Well I had a grade school class reunion this past weekend ( I went to private school in a small town) I was really hesitant to bring DH because I had never told anyone other than my close friends from that school who witnessed it about how mean these kids used to be to me because my parents smoked in the house and my clothes and Hair always smelled of smoke. I got picked on daily and no one ever stood up for me.
So SS16 got a part-time job – awesome! He’ll work a couple of weekday evenings and Saturdays. He got his driver’s license last week and part of getting the license was that he was to get a job to pay for gas and insurance. So cool that SS16 followed through.
Anyway DH and I are talking about how this will affect our plans (as we have plans to be out of town for the last weekend in June and the 4th).
DH: We’ll just have to stay home.
ME: You can stay home; I’m going to get out of dodge as planned. And why should SS11 be penalized because SS16 got a job?
I was reading on here this morning some of your posts and got to thinking something funny but sorta sad too. You know how when you have a pimple growing and it's painful but not yet ready to be popped? You are SOOOOOO aware of it every minute of the day being there and annoying you to hell, and all you can think about is that you want to pop that thing and get rid of it? You just want to get that puss out of your system??? HUH? Ever have that happen to you? :sick:
Soooo.... this week has gone okay. I got over my weird feelings (what if my grandma is silently judging me blah blah blah)
Today I texted BM to ask her if she wanted to skype with SS early tonight, as we would not be home later this evening. My grandma, who was awake and helping me hem a couch cover at the time got to experience a little of my frustration, as BM asked if SS had asked to skype, because of course as a 5-year-old he is completely capable of deciding when he should or shouldn't communicate with his parent.
Haven't posted much. Been working a lot and hanging out with the kids. Ss15 has been with me a few times off and on since I moved out. When he came for summer visit, BM let him keep the debit card which is the one he recieves cs on. It is pistes to the card every 30 days since its state-to-state( just something their home state does with out of stAte cs. ) anyways, the kid came down with over 600$ ... Stayed on Internet and blowed ALL of it within 4 wks!!! Stayed on Internet buying junk...
