Happy Friday, STalkers! It's a breezy 53° here and I have the windows open to enjoy the fresh air. Aaaahhh... Short work day for me since I had to work late last night (oh happy joy...). Who is ready to start the weekend? *yahoo*

Friday at last. It's been a chaotic couple of weeks. I'd like to sleep in one day this weekend, but too much to do.

• Cancer. Four days ago, I attended the funeral of a dear friend's mother, who passed away from lung cancer. Non-smoker. This coming Monday, I will once again don funeral attire to attend the funeral of a life-long friend's mother, who passed from brain cancer. A cousin's husband passed last week from - can you believe it - cancer. They were traveling at the time so the funeral will be weeks away. CANCER SUCKS.

Happy Friday, STalkers! Sorry I'm so late in posting. What a day. Ugh. I thought 2024 would be somewhat calmer at work. Ha! We started the year off with multiple bangs. I thought, "I'll start the new year on February 1." Things got crazier and I give up! 2024 has been a freaking rollercoaster thus far.

Happy Friday, STalkers! Anyone out there braving the craziness of Black Friday shopping? ~shudder~ I loathe shopping (bookstore is the exception) and planned accordingly. I'll only need to hit the grocery store until 2024!
