Breakfast is important. If you don't fuel your body, you'll pay for it. Headache, low blood sugar, shakes... What's your favorite morning fuel?
- Cheese omelet
- Oatmeal and 2 slices of real bacon
- Puuro and 2 slices of back bacon
- Baked Lake Superior whitefish, chilled (this is my absolute fave!!!)
Happy Tuesday, STalkers! Is anyone else happy that Monday is behind us? Phew, what a day. It was so craptastic, that I was seriously craving some chocolate. Who else is mentally slapping my hand and thinking, “Bad Aniki!”? Good news: there are “bad” foods that are good for you and chocolate is one of them. Woo hoo!!!

Tuesday has rolled around once again (so predictable!). How goes it, STalkers?
Do you have a favorite meal substitute or something to tide you over between meals?
I prefer protein shakes. My go-to, premade shakes are Atkins Vanilla and Core Power High Protein Vanilla shakes. Those Core Power shakes taste like an actual milkshake! Atkins is a "filler" when I have a long stretch between meals. Core Power is something I will drink for breakfast.

Why it’s good: New models arrive in the stores as the summer riding season wraps up. You’re more likely to get a good deal when stores are trying to get rid of old inventory. Biking as a family is a great way to connect with nature and each other.
It's that time again, STalkers. Some weeks, it seems like Tuesday comes around more often than Saturday.
What's your favorite exercise for toning your glutes?
I do stairs. Up, down, up, down, up, down. Stair climbing a great way to tone your butt AND legs. The combination of sinultaneous ankle, knee, and hip extenstion means you work your legs naturally and without the impact commonly ASSociated with jogging, running, or sprinting.

I don't know what I'm doing right - becauseI feel like a fat walrus AND I'm sitting here eating a Big Mac - but I had to pull my belt in all the way to the last hole. If this keeps up, I'll have to make a new hole in my belt. Crazy!

What's your favorite kind of exercise? The one that doesn't FEEL like exercise?
I luuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrv to swim (and hate to sweat!). When I'm in the water, I can FEEL the stress and tension and bad vibes flowing out of my fingertips with every stroke. I am simultaneoulsy invigorated and soothed. Best part? If I'm sweating, I can't tell!

I'm failing. Doc had me on steroids which caused me to scarf down food like a starving Jabba the Hut. I haven't stepped on a scale, but my waistband is tighter. Dammit!!!
Salad for lunch today and watermelon for dinner. Trying to get back on track.
