OT - Tone-up Tuesday
Life is cuh-razy, too much is going on, and you don't have time to get to the gym.
Got 5-6 minutes?
Here are some workouts you can do anywhere, any time.
Do each exercise for one minute. Rest 15 seconds between each activity.
- Run in place
- Jumping jacks
- Mountain climbers
(for Burpees and Mountain climbers: https://www.verywellfit.com/ideas-for-intensity-variety-burpees-1231097)
This workout is based on repetition. Perform 12 repititions of each exercise. Repeast the sequence as many times as possible in 5 minutes.
- Jump lunges
- Jump squats
- Bicycle crunches
Complete each exercise for 1 minute.
- Jumping jacks
- High knees
- Jack squats
- Plank jump backs
- Standing oblique twists
Do 30 seconds of each exercise and repeat until 5 minutes are up.
If anything, just MOVE! Put on some music and BOOGIE, BABY!

I hate pushups, planks and burpees but darn it they're so efficient!
