** Update **
I now have tomatoes in my greenhouse.
I followed the advise given by some of you, ie epsom salts, no nitrogen fertilizer, pollination. I left the greenhouses open for a week and made sure lots of insects were in. I shook the plants and made sure the flowers were pollinated.
All the branches with blossoms down low died and fell off but the upper blossoms have now turned into little tomatoes so it seems that they will be ok after all.

Are there any gardeners out there?
So I'm on birth control (the pill). I take it everyday at the same exact damn time. I set a reminder on my phone so that I take it every day. At the beginning of this past pill pack I was sick. I had diarehea (sorry TMI), for almost a week and a half straight, with a day or so of relief from those symptoms, but only after taking pepto bismal. Now flashforward to this past week and.......I'm late. Eight days late to be exact. My "friend" usually starts like clockwork and I thought it was starting last week, but it was just a false alarm.
How is it ss15 goes though 5 phone chargers in a 6 month period but everyone else has managed to only use 1 and I ask DH this and that maybe his son should buy his own chargers because obviously he's being too hard on it. Everyone else manages to only use 1. I get yelled at for being so perfect that nothing has ever broken on me before. I brought up the point that it's not the first time that something has broken on him and that ss17 has had no problems with his charger.
My 7 yr old stepson has been coming to stay with us during the Summer, Spring Break, and Christmas break for the past 2 years now. This summer he has mentioned several things to us which we do not believe to be normal. When we ask his mother about them she denies each and every story he tells us.
He told us that his Mom has him pee in a cup all of the time and then she takes it to work. We asked her about this and she said it was not true.
bm here is like alot of bms that i've read about on this site. Only thinks about herself and doesnt care what dh wants for sd. Doesnt care that he tries calling sd like every other day just to get no answer. She will only answer if she needs to tell him something or to ask him to watch sd for an extra day on his weekends. Dh's lawyer sucks too. they are trying to get a permanent order and dh wants more time/ joint custody and its taking forevverrrrr. He wont ever answer's dh's calls anymore. dh recently moved closer to sd so he can have her more (hasnt happened yet!
Seriously, I knew it! She really did wait until the last minute too! Although it disgusts me I find a perverse pleasure in the fact that I was right! ha. Anyway I ultimately told her that I would take her tomorrow because I wasnt going to try to discuss it with her BM now (whom I could hear yelling at her sibs in the background). I also told her that H wanted her to stay with us during the week and go home to her BM's on the weekends and she said "Ok". I told her DH and I would talk to her BM about it tomorrow and she said "ok". We will see how this convo goes.
I love my BF and I love my SS's.
Maybe I shouldn't be a step-mom because I care too much. And I feel like I'm being ripped apart constantly by BM's jealousy and insisting that she has all maternal rights and that her parents are more important to the boys than I am.
If you read at all my one other blog post then you know that I am curious to see what happens with my SD13 and her corn detassling job. I just suggested to DH that he call SD13 and ask her if she was happy, excited, and ready for tomorrow. He looked at me and said "You do it, your the one that cares". WTF!? I don't do it because she doesn't give to squirts about hearing from me...a call from him however would probably make her night. I waited about an hour and threw him the phone and said "Try to call SD4". Without even blinking he picked up the phone and dialed the number.
I just had 2 weeks off from work. Stayed home, enjoying the family time. Skids are here for the month, DH and I have enjoyed some solo time right before they arrived so we have our blended family of 6 all happy and healthy and having fun. I went back to work today and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard to go back. DH is still unemployed after being laid off and it kills me to go to work and leave him and all the kids here. I was a work from home mom for YEARS so it's very difficult for me sometimes to adjust to working outside the home and having to leave my kids.
