It's a dumb rant but it pisses me off. I am not one to waste money and I search for great deals on second hand stuff all of the time from clothes to furniture etc. Everything in my daughter's room and the new arrivals room is second hand.....we have a ton of second hand toys, clothes etc for the young kids, my biological kids and that's fine but last night I suggested buying a new dresser for hubby and I and giving SS13 our old one and hubby was like, why can't he have a new one?
He thought it was this Saturday. :jawdrop: OF COURSE he remembers all of his PASed out spawn's b-days including the one last Sunday (VD SD now 13)
Well folks, I just made it through THE FIRST EVER SICKNESS THAT SD HAS HAD WITH US. And it was terrible, let me tell you. The poor kid had a fever for four days and was spouting from both ends, not to mention the terrible whining and waking up multiple times/night. I had to leave work early on both Monday and Tuesday to watch her for a bit, which I didn't mind, but boy am I glad she'd better now. I know the child couldn't help being sick, but that was a new experience for me...it made me rethink having kids of my own, lol.
Her name is mentioned and I hate it. She cuddles my fiance and I hate it. She comes round and I don't want her in my home. Everything about her annoys me and I wish she would just disappear! BUT....I have to make an effort because I love my fiance dearly and I don't want another broken family and he is such a good father to our son and my son who isn't biologically his. Why can't we just get along?!

Ok so Im normally sleeping by now. But Im really pissed. Tonight my BF fell asleep while putting his 6 year old (girl) spawn to bed. SO once again she got her way. He awoke a few minutes ago and saw me on the couch. He can tell Im pissed. We could of had adult time for 2 hours but he chose to sleep with his Bride Child, as Echo put it. I did not speak to him. He then came and gave me a kiss and said he is going to bed. I would normally follow him to bed but after speaking with him tonight about the Spawn going to bed alone and he did the opposite....IM PRETTY F@%#ing pissed.
After living with my teenage SD for the better part of a year, I am convinced there's a good chance she has borderline personality disorder. I have known other people (adults) who have bpd or narcissistic/histrionic personality disorder, so I've done a lot of research on the disorder. "Borderline" is often used as an umbrella term over several personality disorders (two of which I mentioned above). Anyone else have experience with BPD kids or stepkids? If so, how did you deal with it? I would love to hear about your experience.
Has anyone else experienced the power of a telephone voice recorder? Years ago we were having major issues with ss and sd ONLY while they were in our home. We moved into a new home and the kids suddenly got camera phones from their MOTHER. Next thing we know, they are taking photos of the inside of our home (EVERY ROOM)! SS even asked how many square foot is was and he was ELEVEN!! REALLY!?!? Shortly after that episode, the phones suddenly became the source of constant phone calls and bad moods....
}:) Ok so I think alot of you will be stunned when you hear my story.My boyfriend has a daughter who just turned 6. I call her the evil spawn. I have been living with her father for a little over a year. Brace yourselves for what Im gona tell ya. When I moved in she would give me dirty looks. She would tell her father that he could not sit next to me on the couch, hold my hand, touch me, kiss me or even talk to me! For months when she was around I was ignored by her and my boyfriend. When she would go to her mothers house he then would talk to me. I was crushed.
