OT - Blog vs Forum Topic, and Finding Your Stuff

I've had some people ask me about the difference between posting Blogs and Forum Topics and thought I would share what I know.
Also, there was a recent Forum Topic asking for "help finding my activity" and I'll tell you what I have found.

Stepmonster encounter and I'm going to He!!

My SIL is a stepdaughter. Her mother passed away when she was very young and her father (now deceased) remarried Stepmonster not long after. SIL has 3 step-siblings. SIL and my brother have been married for 40 years and have 2 children (adults). Their kids are the only ones who have ever met the step-siblings. I couldn't even tell you their names.

DH - 1; sneaky skids - 0

Apparently, since DH and I played nice with BioHo at SS19's Army graduation, the kids/skids now seem to think that Mommy and Daddy(stepDaddy) should now be a-okay with doing family acvities together...WITHOUT their spouses. That's right. Aniki and Mr. Pinhead are supposed to stay home so the kids/skids can have family time that they've missed out on for the past 12 years. However, they neglected to okay that with DH and the proverbial shite hit the fan on Saturday.

DH is on a roll and BioHo is NOT happy

PigPen's 16th birthday is almost here (along with his driver's license ~shudder~). BioHo called DH yesterday about want Piggy wants for his birthday.

A camping trip consisting of DH, PigPen, and BioHo. That's right, folks. Just the three of them. BioHo tried to argue with DH that it's only right since they split when Piggy was barely 4yo and he has absolutely NO memories of Daddy and Mommy being together.

SD25 is mad at DH and I'm LMAO

SD25 called DH to beeyotch. She took her 2yo to the doctor's office, got busy with her cell phone, and looked up to find that the 2yo had gotten every book in the doctor's office and put it on the table next to him so no other children could read them.

DH: Why'd you let him do it?
SD: I DIDN'T let him!!!
DH: Yeah, you did. You were too busy playing on your phone to watch him. Stop b!tching and pay attention to what your kid is doing.
SD: ~CLICK~

All I can say is.....

BioHo is FURIOUS with DH

BioHo's brother passed away last week after a terrible battle with cancer.

The brother's will has been read and 'Ho is absolutely incensed. The brother left things to MY DH. 'Ho called DH and left a screamfest voicemail, beeyotching that those things should have been left to HER so she could SELL them because DH no longer pays CS and 'HO NEEDS THE MONEY.

SD25 finally called...

...to wish DH a Happy Father's Day. She's only 10 days late.

DH has raised SD25 since she was 2yo.
Quick recap: BioHo thought getting knocked up would get her a husband and out of the house. WRONG!! BioHo ended up getting dumped and living with Mommy & Daddy, while unsuccessfully trying to get CS from a man who did his best to disappear (for the record, the man has never paid a dime of CS and managed to find jobs that paid under the table). The sperm donor has never met his daughter.

MidwestMrs conveyed all of your comments - she actually read them to me! I'm so touched. (And now a 4-year STalk member.)

First... Thank you SO MUCH for your love, well wishes, healing light, positive thoughts, and prayers. I cannot begin to tell you how much it means to me to know that I have actually affected people in such a positive way. It made me cry - in a good way.

Second... I have a slew of personal messages - I will answer you as I can. I am still suffering from headaches and need to take frequent breaks from the computer screen.
