I've been with my bf for 2 and a half years now. We live together in a small apartment along with his 6 year old son. My bf is Full time dad with the BM in the picture very seldom. Over the years I've gown to love his son as family but I'm starting to wonder if I like him and can actually see myself spending my life as his step mother. He is a very bad and disturbed child, which I know is not his fault. Although his father has tried to provide for him his upbringing thus far has been very unstable. He screams at the top of his lungs constantly and he can not listen to save his life.
Just a quick poll...would you send a friend rqst to your serious bf's dad?
My bf does not like computers at all-doesn't even have a FB-not interested (works for me believe me lol).
His dad mentioned he was on FB the other day-we get along great and there's certainly nothing to hide on my page (well I have a lot of exbf's that post stuff on my wall-mainly political arguments ha!)
The way my future FIL is though he might feel to shy to send me a friend rqst-...so would you?
I spent yesterday afternoon volunteering for SS12 choir rehearsal for the Christmas concert. He was with BM last week and this is the start of our week. So we weren't going to see him to remind him to go to the rehearsal after school. Normally he just gets off the bus. The last time they did this, he just went home and I am there volunteering with no SS. DH had to drive him. So this time, DH texted BM to remind him to go to the rehearsal. She texted back she did. He also sent an email to his last teacher of the day. Lo and behold he actually showed up.

Hello all, I'm a lurker and I wanted to ask you a question. Would feed your skid (6 months) pumped breastmilk that his BM sends over...or would that be to gross for you too? Would it be wrong to dump it and formula feed?
I am so happy to see others having issues with overbearing BM. When I met my now husband, his ex would even bring their kids over for me to babysit while she and her boyfriend went out on the town. Well, they decided after they got super drunk one night and he punched in her windshield that they were going to give up drinking and drugs and become born again Christians. This is when our lives went all to hell, pun intended. My husband(then bf) had a seizure late one night and one of my sk got up and saw him on the floor. Somehow, this turned into me punching him down.
I sent my sane aunt a mess and asked her what she meant when she said "Do you know the story of your birth"? And that he has been my dad since I was born. She sent back she has to think on it? Huh what does that mean? Why would you have to think on a birth that has already happened? It is history that is set in stone? I asked her why she had to think on it and asked her what is not being said! Something just keeps telling me that something is not being said about my birth. I have been on the verge of tears all day.
I don't know how she does it everytime. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Every time she gets in trouble, she gtesx away with it.
This time, she was on trial for DV and and something else. We just got a copy of the stipulations. For 18 months, she has to stay out of trouble, and she must complete 1000 hours of community service. REALLY?!?!?!? For assault?!?!?! NO JAIL TIME! NO FINES! Just ANOTHER slap on the wrist and "Be good for 18 months"
And boy, I'm pissed about it!
