Well I sent the two 8332 forms directly to the Girhippo at her work (CPS office). I sent it registered mail where she would have to sign it.

Reason being as she has always done a "return to sender" whenever Chef tried to send her mail at home concerning the skids, CS, etc. etc. This is since they stopped talking long ago over the phone as she would often hang up on him even when he wasn't raising his voice or she would never pick up or return his calls. Email? No way, she'd probably "edit" his emails to her delight.

I'm not usually a wuss when it comes to procedures and pain, but I just got an endometrial biopsy and OWWW!!! They told me "10 seconds of pain" but they never gave me a warning so I could brace myself!!

1. OSS early emancipated himself on the hush hush back in the summer of 2014 (now age 19--in NYS CS usually goes mandatory to age 21) The original CO and MOU states that skid moving out of CP and/or NCP's to seek his/her independence is an emancipation event. The Gir was just expecting to continue collecting till OSS reached 21 whether or not he lived at home, stayed at a paternal relative's etc. etc. Oh and OSS quit community college in a record breaking 3 months.

2. I find out about the emancipation event through my faux FB acct

Well not me, he wrote CHEF a letter on 10/27 and it didn’t get mailed till a week later. Probably was sitting around waiting for the other two older siblings to “contribute” but that didn’t happen.

Backstory: Prince Hygiene (YSS stb 13) has been PASed out for SIX YEARS!!! Pretty much radio silence that whole time. The culmination of phoney CPS calls, spying, shitting all over my house on purpose, out and out lying, MASSIVE PAS, stealing, you name it. His older two siblings PASed out in late ’07 after the phoney CPS call that they conspired with their CPS worker BM on.
