This is a thread we have pretty much every year.  We start watching scary movies around the end of August.  Here is our standard viewing list:

9.  Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Based on Ed Gein, this is more Chef's style--I prefer "spook" stories)

Yep SD stb 20 is headed in that direction.  Failed out of first semester remedial high school community college.  She joined in on a tweet which promoted (and I quote spelling/grammar is actual):

"I'm that one friend whos always with the shits.  You wanna get drunk & die biotch I'm down     Wanna go stalk your ex?  Lets go sit in the car and spy!  You want me to add someone so u can lurk?! I got chu!  U wanna fight these hoes?!?  Bitch down"

Added she's "down for ANYTHING!"

Also a post about recalling Swiss Rolls for samonella because SD LIVES on junk/fast food.

YSS stb 16 starting grade 10 has fired up his pattern of showing up late every day for school and early dismissaling himself for no good reason.  He's also back on his trend of not turning in or doing assignments.  Seven and counting.  Coming up next:  Skipping school entirely (whole classes and days).

SIGH!  Oh but the Girhippo is MOTY!!!

My First For Work Out of Town Conference!!

I will be attending my first out of town work conference (Chef-free) in Charleston South Carolina on the 25h through 28th! Any of you Charleston Stalkers want to meet up?

In other news, YSS stb 16 has six assignments incomplete as of the first nine days of school. These are homework/classwork assignments. He's failed 4 already!

how many hours SD stb 20 is working at the local pizzeria.   I have her SS#, full name and DOB.    The registrar has confirmed that SD is NOT back in community college.  We plan to go back to court in accordance with the CO which states:

 

Emancipation Event

6.  engaging inf full-time employment after the attaining the age of eighteen (18) years of age, except, and providing that:

I KNEW IT!!!

SD, stb 20 is NOT enrolled in community college this semester.  My guess is she dropped out sometime the last (her first) semester due to poor grades and attendance.  BUT since we live in BM-Centric New York, unless we can prove that she is self-supporting (she works a few hours a week at a local pizzeria) we have to continue to pay CS until she turns 21.

Enmeshed in EMO snowflake victimhood.  Social Media posts are all about him having ADHD and how he's misunderstood; still trying to "FIND" himself and how he has "casual" suicidal thoughts.    I'm old fashioned so I see this as a cry for more employment.   Working a few hours a week gives you TIME to DWELL on your own problems and focus inwardly IMHO.   HIs posts are dripping with "feel sorry for me because I"m not a rock star like mommykins told me I would be."
