Another Update on the "Rape"

 A little background first.  SD, 17, said she was raped by a guy she invited to her house.  She called DH, DH rushed to her side  and tried to get her to file charges she refused.  A day later, she invites the guy back to her house again.  The guy spends the night.  BM's daughter (not DH's child) sends a message to DH to inform the guy is back.  DH rushes to BM's house and SD says they had sex again.  DH convinces SD to file rape charges.  This is NOT the first time that SD has said she was raped.  It is the first time she has filed charges.  They guy is also 17.

Yesterday,  according to SD was the day for the "rape trial".  Well, as over one expected except BM and DH it wasn't.  It was a bonds hearing for the 17 year old guy who SD "CLAIMS" raped her.   I have had previous blogs on this. 

For some reason, SD had to stay a day or two longer in the mental hospital.  She is getting out today.  She hasn't contacted DH since she has been there.  BM told DH that SD is still mad at him for calling the cops when she became out of control.

SD should be released today from the mental hospital.   BM told DH a few days ago that SD may be calling him from there.  SD hasn't called and DH was never given the number to the hosptial.  The staff didn't want parents reaching out to SD and would allow SD to call the parents if she wanted to talk to them.  I am unsure if BM received a call from her. 

I would only hope that the stay would be able to help her.  If it is like the last 5 or 6 times she was admitted, it will just be a waste of money.

Yesterday,  DH told me he was going to  pick up SD, age 17, from school.  BM couldn't pick her up and SD was having a "little" problem at school.  It isn't unusual for BM to ask DH to get involved when SD has her "little" problems at school often.  BM sent DH because DH seems to be able to calm SD.

According to SD, age 17,  she told DH last week that the police thought the guy, age 17, is out of state and the detective didn't think they boy will come back. Now, she tells DH last night that the boy was arrested a week or so ago.  She also tells DH that the trial is at the end of this month.  I find it hard to believe that they can have a trial in a little over a month.  Around here, it is a fast trial if it is  within 3 months.  BM and DH have been letting SD talk to the detective and only get their information from SD.  No one really knows what it happening.  The detective said it cou

SD invited a boy over to BM's house to have sex.  She then claims the boy raped her.  This isn't the first time that SD has claimed rape.  Since SD lies so much, it is hard to believe.

I posted a blog on Saturday about SD, age 17, calling Rape.  Dh took time off work Saturday to take her to the ER and she refused the rape test  (collecting dna evidence) and refused to file charges.

Dh took off Monday to deal "emotionally" with this rape.  He gets a message from BM's daughter on Monday morning telling him that the boy, age 17, is back at BM's house and BM isn't there.  DH rushes to BM's house.  The boy was walking home and they were able to stop him.  The police were called but the boy wasn't arrested.   They were there until about 8 PM.
