Apparently SD19 is Failing Out of Community College (SHOCKER)!!

The Registrar who was once happy to provide info to Chef went to radio silence when he found out this was a PAS situation.

That hasn't stopped SD from posting "funny" videos about failing out of college--this is some other girl's video that she liked and shared:

I'm sure there was a thread on this but. . .worst Christmas gift ever.

In this case a "Christmas gift to Chef" (TM) by SD, at the time stb 10.

An envelope filled with about 40 odd pennies and a broken pencil which came postage due.

A tongue depressor with scribblings on it supposedly representing a face/snowman by YSS, stb 7 at the time (honestly looked like a 3 year old had made it with no supervision).

I guess it's the thought that counts (passive aggressive thoughts, that is)

. . .from YSS's school. Now they have the "I-Ready Diagnostic & Instruction" chart clearly showing that YSS (stb 15) in 9th grade is lagging behind.

Personally, I think it's pretty good for a kid who is constantly truant/tardy in school and supposedly has "learning disability--other" against him.

The chart shows the average 9th grade level score for reading is 648-700. YSS is at 604.

For math the average is 520-600. YSS is at 483.

Hmmmm.

Soooo radio silence from the registrar @ SD's (will be 19 next week) community college. Last we heard is that he was going to try and get "permission" from SD for Chef to keep up to date about her college activities.

I'm sure that went over like a lead balloon as the narrative over at the Girhippo's place is that Chef is a deadbeat and "walkaway" dad. Chef actually dropped the rope after the Girhippo (and skids) demanded he go back to the "early days" with him being guilty/fun dad and treating me like a persona non-grata/walking ATM.

Nope.

So Even Though Chef Has Been Current with His CS, NYS Denied his NCP EIC!!

No other explanation. Only two letters from NYS Dept of Taxation and Finance stating:

We denied your claim for the NCP EIC based on information provided by the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA)

Nothing on what the information by the OTDA contains, of course.

He was claiming the NCP EIC on YSS 14.5 and he was "allowed" to claim SD (will be 19 in a few days) on his 2016 taxes.
