OT - Thankful Thursday

Anyone else stressed out? It's days (weeks) like this when I need to remind myself of the things for which I am thankful...

  • Aside from chronic insomnia, a sketchy back, and a fat arse, I'm in pretty good health.
     
  • Despite the arseholes and brown nosers, I have a good job.
     
  • My DH, my Dad, and my sister: aka my rock, my hero, and my best friend.
     
  • STalk - especially the friends I've made. <3

OT - Tone-up Tuesday

Happy Tuesday, STalkers! Anyone else having a Monday 2.0? Gaaaaah. Tone-up Tuesday or Tubby Tuesday - how goes it with you? I don't know if I ate something bad or if I had a 24-hour virus, but last night I was on my knees, worshipping the porcelain god. Think I'm down a couple of pounds after that...

BioHo trying to be clever

When BioHo calls my DH, 9 times out of 10, he won't answer the phone and lets it go to voicemail because it's often stupid shizzit. Especially when she needs something fixed (Mr. Pinhead is no handyman). DH NEVER responds to her texts - I think the last time he did was 2011. Guess she took a Smart Pill since she didn't try to call from HER phone...

This was a skid weekend, so DH was waiting for PigPen to call on Saturday to say he was on his way over. 11:27am, DH's phone rings and it's PP's number. DH always answers on speakerphone (entertainment for me!).

There was an envelope in the mail this weekend addressed to me. It wa one of those small cards that comes in a package. It has a generic picture on the outside of the card and nothing is printed on the inside. Here's what was written on the inside:
