Why do I get so Angry???

I am having a serious internal battle lately with my anger. I am not outwardly hostile, just internally furious every time the SS's are around.

I have three SS's. 19, 16 and 11. The OSS and MSS never come around. Treat DH like crap an basically use him as an ATM. They were PAS's by BM years ago and only come around when they think they will get money/gifts. They ignore DH's calls/ texts when DH pays for their phones. And they hated me before they even got to really know me.

Venting before the Weekend

I have to get this out before the weekend starts or I will explode.
I have a BS who is launched and Three SS's. OSS19 is away at college, MSS15 and YSS10. I have little to nothing to do with OSS and MSS. They were PAS'd out by BM a long time ago so I really never have to deal with them. DH still has 50/50 and YSS comes on his regularly scheduled visits.

I don't blog much because I have been in this step hell for a long time...I just come to read and get other perspectives. Plus I have a very unique situation and it would be hard to post and not be found out.

Anyway...Today I have to vent. It may seem minor and it probably really is. But it is just one of a million examples of lazy parenting that drives me NUTS.

Emancipation question- Would you or wouldn't you?

In My situation, I have one BS18. I have been divorced from my XH for 10 years. XH rarely if ever paid CS and is approx. $10,000.00 behind. He only started paying when he was threatened with jail time from the judge. Our BS graduated from HS in June and is currently enlisted in the Marines. Clearly he is emancipated.

I am happy to announce I am going to be missing the entire visitation with Skids this week!!! WoooHooo!
Got to go out of town for work and will miss the two days of Hell that is called weekly visits!

I think I am taking a huge bottle of wine and a good book. This is a fun work funtion too so I won't have to be stuck in
boring seminars or meetings!

I am so giddy I could piss glitter right now!!!

So far today has been uber craptastic....
Have to get 10 days work done in three....and covering for another employee who is out.
Trying to get laundry done for our mini vaca and dealing with DH(the biggest baby of all) about all the boys in the
house stealing his damn socks. UGHHHHHHHH AND....its Stepshit night....

So DH and I are going on a long weekend vacation with a group of friends. Its a yearly thing we do and although I'm ready and excited...Im a little apprehensive due to the most recent issues DH and I have been having.

We talked for a while yesterday and I again drove home my issues with his insane opinion regarding the xbox. He completely understands my point of view. And he was NOT thrilled at all with the fact I slept on the couch the other night. I have now found a new currency with him....apparently that is his weakness. Good to know for future reference.
