Is x 'making up illnesses...for daughter to have?
Well it was x's Wed evening with the kids. He can't pick her up in time for practice...so I shut supper off & drive her...he's there by the time I get there. Can't he just leave work on time?!!! aarrrgggg....
She comes home saying that her chest was sore at practice and she couldn't do the drills....and that she thinks she has...and I quote...." 'leukemia' no ..that's not it..'anemia'...no that's not it...it's something that's serious though"....unquote.

I have to tell you guys this...
It's my x's weekend with the kids....but surprise, surprise they are with me.
He told me that he was leaving to go out of town on the 27th and that it was up the the kids if they wanted to go with him or stay in town. They hate the long drive and just figured Dad would be going out 'partying'...when down there. They'd prefer 'checking out Christmas stuff with freinds'...etc than driving 5 hours and sit around a house while Dad goes out with HIS friends...perfectly understandable..so they stayed here with us!

Countdown to 'hanging out' with hubbys x and mini-her.... 2 1/2 hours...
I just got out of the shower and have started some SERIOUS PRIMPING.... I'll be looking 'hot'!!
I've been signing & humming 'old macDonald had a farm'......all day. Hubby joins in for the 'cow' & 'pig' part of the song...those are just a couple of his 'pet names' for his charming ex.....
SO we're all in a great mood....looking forward to getting this over with...its' good practice for all the 'socializing' we'll have to do with her this summer.....
Dad is jealous....
My kids usually only ever ask for 1 thing for Chritmas. This year daughter wanted a digital camera and son wanted an mp3 player...and of course they got "surprises" and gifts from others...
BUT the biggist surprise was something my hubby and his friend had been working on for weeks in his budy's garage...for my son. He had the frame & body..but bought & assembled the parts..for a GO-CART!!!!!

Maybe we'll see the grandkids ..after Christmas...?
Well oldest SD, her husband and the 2 grandkids....the 8 month old we've never seen....arrived in our city 2 days ago...
.......they're only a 10 minute drive away.
We've heard nothing...no phone call....no visit...nothing..but they have visited with everyone else.....and have had to practically drive past our house to get there.
Hubby is the 'only' grandfather.......and is who the 2 1/2 year old wanted to call..out of everyone and brag about his 'first poop in the big toilet'...lol

Have I told you guys what huuby is getting his EX for Christmas this year.....

If she doesn't like the sweater
.....she can go F%^^ herself..
That's so bad....I know. I listen to this at least 3-4 times a week around this time of year, and then he'll giggle, and giggle...and say "forget the sweater"...and he'll giggle some more....
He's easily amused...at times...haha

I really don't need this crap...on top of the SD crap!
My daughter has been referred to an Orthodontist by her dentist....(Her teeth are very crowded and obviously need to be evaluated)
Apparently during a conversation a few weeks back, she had been told by her father that she WILL NOT be seeing one until next year..he doesn't want to pay any balance not covered by insurance (his portion)
I had to pay out of pocket last August for my son's ortho appointment...and I'm still waiting for my X to process the bill/paperwork through his insurance 1st so I can submit it to my insurance for re-imbursment.

Things got a little heated between Nise & Hopeful the other day and I see Biomom & Step Mom are going back & forth at each other a little....
It kind of saddens me.....
I know we all have different personalities, different backgrounds, different dynamics in our situations and especially have different opinions on things.
And I know this time of year can put everyone on edge..theres so much to do, so much money & time to go around...and we ALL bring the added stress of making it all happen in a blended family.

Step mom calls biomom....me.....
X's GF (kids step-mom) called me out of the blue last night to discuss my son's Christmas concert plans. X is out of town....this week.
In the past..we go to the day-time performance because our schedule's are more flexible...and it is less crowded. Giving thier Dad..and GF last year..the evening tickets....
We were going to go to both ... because I believe he should have 'his people' in the audience when he performs and not strangers.... and it just didn't occur to me that she would go without thier Dad.

I know why animals sometimes kill thier young!!
I'm looking for my pants this morning. I'm sure they were in the laundry yesterday. SSo I'm tearing the house apart looking for them...while my daughter is at the top of the stairs asking if we can leave early... HA NO! I have no pants!!! After 15 minutes..she says.."Oh I have your pants in my room..I took them out of the dryer by mistake..." Why didn't you put them back when you realized they weren't yours!!???!!!!!
Now I'm running late for work.....and I'm pissed...
