I'm not sure if this is just a California thing, or if all states require car insurance now, but it is against the law to drive without it here.

DH asked BM if she had car insurance and told her he wanted proof before she drives with SS in the car. She doesn't have it. So he isn't letting her pick him up from school until she gets it.

What do you guys think? Knowing her history... is this something you would do as well?? Or did he go to far?

Well, BM apparently got her car back from whoever stole it. But then it wouldn't start LOL. So DH and I are driving up the street, not a residential area, about 2 miles from her house and a mile from ours. 9 am on Saturday morning, we were getting ready to leave town for the weekend to San Diego. And who do we see walking on the side of the road? That's right, BM, walking AWAY from her house. She was all "dolled up" in her little denim mini skirt and her flat billed hat (I hate when grown ass women wear flat billed hats, unless they are professional skateboarders, they just look stupid).

Could you be ANY MORE predictable???

BM and DH got in to it a few nights ago. BM was wanting to pick SS up from school on a day that isn't hers. DH told her no. Then she wanted to keep him until 7 tonight, DH told her no, for a few reasons, that are completely legit. She got angry. Started texting about how he isn't in control and he doesn't hold all of the power. (he pretty much does). She was being a crazy person and a total idiot. But, what's new?

"Why did you take SS from me on Mother's Day"... **EYEROLL**

BM has accidentally called or texted DH in the middle of the night (2am) at LEAST a dozen times in the past 6 months. When questioned "why did you call me at 2 am", her response is always "I must have rolled over on to my phone while I was sleeping". Meanwhile she has dozens of angry posts on FB at the same time. So, no, you weren't asleep. Crack head.

SS hit a HOMERUN last night, and the update to My Mothers Day...

So last night SS hit is first home run of the season SmileSmile he was SOOOOO excited. There was a situation with his bat before the game, that I had to actually go get him a NEW bat 2 hours before game time.. long story but I really saved the day for him. Then he hit a dinger with it.

My Mothers Day...

For the past 11 years, we have had SS on Mothers Day morning, long enough to go out to breakfast, then we take him to BM's for her to spend the day with him. Twice, we invited BM to breakfast with us. That was a VERY long time ago.
