Oh, really? Ok, then, ASS!

WalkOnBy's picture

Last night was a counseling night. It was a pretty good session with Therapist once again reiterating to DH that ASS is responsible for the choices he makes, not DH. That DH has given ASS the tools he needs to succeed - a great school system, structure, adequate food and shelter, access to electronics and the like - and that ASS has rejected every single one, except for school.

The Mother of All PASinators - OR - ugh, mom, enough already

I have posted here before about my mom, aka the Original PASinator, so I won’t go into all the gory details, but suffice to say, I didn’t see my dad for a long time after my parents got divorced. Like 8 years. When my daughter was born, something akin to a bolt of lightning exploded above my head, and I took my 3 day old daughter, strapped her in her car seat and drove from Chicago to Michigan to show my dad his first grandchild.

For Sally - a beast of a Medusa update :-)

Sally messaged me this morning and asked me for an update on Medusa being served. I told her that I had updated in this blog - http://www.steptalk.org/node/223616.

In my response to Sally, I told her that I was very surprised that Medusa hadn't begun harassing Perfect Paralegal. Well, speak of the devil and the devil shall appear. For you, dear Sally!!! All errors are Medusa's.

"U tell UR client that im not answering 1 fucking question abut my income its none of his fucking business."

Lifestyles of the one who refuses to stay in the house with ASS when DH isn't there...

but first, a Medusa update. Perfect Paralegal sent the package to the process server late in the day on Monday. She was out sick yesterday (I just learned that from Awesome Attorney) and probably won't be in today either. Awesome is in court today, but he will follow up with process server later on today to see if she was served yesterday.

My apologies to the west side of the state

So, Medusa has filed with the FOC to get her child support reduced. You know, the support that she is consistently $2500 behind on, yeah THAT support. The process in my state is pretty straight forward, you fill out some forms and if the FOC Support Specialist believes that a review is warranted, they send out the financial forms for both parents to fill out. A recalculation is done and if the amount changes 10% of the current order or $50, whichever is greater, than the change is made.

A walk down memory lane!!

Medusa has recently filed with the FOC to have her support reduced. DH just sent in all the income information, and we hired Awesome Attorney because we are fairly certain that she has not included all of her income information (her life's goal is to make sure her tax returns, both corporate and personal, reflect as little income as humanly possible).
