Okay so, I have never been personally introduced to the BM - my choice. I know DH wasn't about to even suggest it - ever because they cannot even be civil to each other for any length of time. Of course, she takes every opportunity to make rude comments about me to SD, and has even called me a list of names in her text-rants to DH. Her last rant sent me over the edge, and when she dropped off SD I came out to greet her.
