Expensive field trip in middle school??
I know high school do expensive trips, but middle school?
Ss13 gives me(dh was asleep) two field trip forms, one was a piece of paper normal, the other a thick packet, not normal.
He says its over the summer in florida, welp i know that means some money!!
I open it and one- there was a meeting scheduled for tonight at 6pm-strike one ss. It was 8pm when he gave it to me.
Two- this is due back by oct5!! Strike 2 ss.

Im annoyed
How do these kids hide behaviors around other adults??
I know school there is not much one on one time, but certain parents, how does ss make it through without arguing, having last word, with another adult??
Ss13 will argue with dh and I over small dum crap.
The other day i told mil he likes BLACK clothes, favors them, he over heard me, and said NO i like DARK clothes- uh thanks ss because MIL will totally get that... he only has black skinny jeans, and mainly wears black, yes the few times you wear DARK BLUE -oops my bad! Just burn me at the steak...

Fights are coming...
Ss13 1st day of school, and guess what it was rough and he got lost a bunch!
Haha- noones fault but his own! Cant even feel sad for him, nope.

Dh told me he aaked ss to text him that he got on bus- he did not. Then he apparently had to find out his bus number later because he forgot it- then he missed bus stop and had a longer walk home in rain!!

I swear this is all attention crap.

Food irritations
Loud chewers do not really bother me.
People who try to eat and talk get on my nerves a bit.
People who chew with their mouths open bother me for sure!
Why does ss13 have to have all of these wonderful quailites??
I hate watching him eat, i like when he comes down after ive finished eating!!
We had chinese food tonight- which we all love.
And as soon as dh walked in door he was at the table, which has not happened in awhile!
Which reminds me why i like when he comes down later!!

Backwards talk
I feel like im being mean, to DH, even though im not.
Ss13 is going to a new middle school- today is orientation for 6th grade and new kids.
I call dh realizing its going on today- knowing he has been talking about wanting ss to go.
I have no problem taking him...
But there lies the problem- we cant MAKE him go, we have to "suggest" and tell him we would like him to go!!
I call dh- he tells me this backwards crap, tells me about back to school night too. He makes it sound like they had a small convo at some point last night about it. - oh they did!!

JC PENNY COMMERICAL
I want to like it- but i dont.
I guess because i tried bonding with ss, over little things, but it would not end on a happy note.
This commerical makes me want to walk in and tell her to stop- dont think "this small win" (as they are calling it) will help anything!
The worst is the comments!
I get even more hurt and angry as stepmoms are all writing how its a great commerical because of their wonderful step- sorry BONUS children...and how their bonus family is so great, and its not about the money you spend on them...blah blah blah...

Errr...
I hate the different times we all are on!!
Ss13 waking up in the afternoon. My kids and i going to bed at 9pm. Dh falls asleep at 930, but wakes up at 1am, then he goes downstairs. I cant sleep with the tv on, so he goes downstairs...which sometimes he still wakes me up, but he tries not to.
I need like a,full on SILENCING MASK. Block out everything, every noise- everything!!
Because of packing we have been up rather late, but ss is taking advantage and eating a second dinner after 10pm.

Some positives..in a negative world...
Positive-we own a home! Should be moved in by end of month.
Negative- ss13 has to change schools. We tried to find something with a yard, in the same school district, but dh found this house right before the seller put it on the market...i feel for ss, but for dhs buisness its a great find.

Yes i will correct bad, idiotic behavior anytime, anywhere, and infront of anyone!
Ss13 came home, and his friend followed.
No prob.
Except ss is acting like a dumb butthole right now!
They come in to play wii, and ss puts his baseball stuff in the sunroom, calls his friend to come here look at this, at some point he gets his basketball, i guess tries to do some trick, and then he just tosses it! (Im sorry- accidently losses control-per dh)
Dh has a nice deep fryer back there, because we just recently cooked crabs, its normally not in there.
So he tosses it(accidently losses control) and hits the deep fryer.
