SO BM GOT SS A CELL PHONE. HE IS 10 YRS OLD WHAT THE HECK IS HE GOING TO DO W/THAT????? SHE SAID SHE GOT IT SO SHE CAN HAVE DAILY CONTACT W/HIM....HELLO SHE SEES HIM 22 DAYS A MONTH! WE HAVE NEVER DENY HER CALLS FOR HIM WHEN HE IS W/US, IN FACT SHE DOESN'T EVEN CALL FOR HIM. SO TELL ME WHY IS SHE DOING THIS? I JUST DON'T BELIEVE IN GETTING A CHILD THAT YOUNG A PHONE....I'M AFRAID SS WILL BECOME MATERIALISTIC JUST LIKE HIS STUPID MOTHER!

here she goes again BM plans an overnight to a museum on our visitation day without consulting w/us first. irritating us once again.

both parents have 50/50 custody, ss resides w/biomom 22 days a month. she has never informed/invited to ss parent/teacher conference at all or even tell us the result of it. she has never given us his school calendar/teacher name & so forth. why does she do this? & when i email her to ask her about how the conference went she does not respond.

so bm was suppose to drop off ss at 12:30 after his practice. she comes at 1:00. i told her 4 days ahead of time that i had plans and he needs to be dropped off at 12:30...does she do that NO! after dropping off ss i see a dog in her car? i ask ss did you bring your dog to practice? he says oh no, he had a hair cut and we picked him up after practice. i was furious inside, mad because she was late, mad because she lied and said it was traffic. she was late because of the dog. why didn't she pick up the dog after dropping him off so that she would be on time?
