Need input on US laws. (anyone in the US here?) So, attorney for FDH sends him to mediation (continued from yesterday). Says it will be cheaper than a custody battle. BM is typical psycho BM with fake suicides and PAS war tactics. Has terrorized us for over 1 1/2 years. FDH hasn't had money for custody battle, has tried to talk with BM. BM throws, chases, screams and does obscene gestures in the street at each attempt. We explain everything to mediator and tell her we need someone who can handle a psycho and may need a psych evaluation (suggested by attorney).

I got to thinking...I need to write my FDH a love letter...letting him know it will all be ok, perfectly fine, wonderful, beautiful, that our love will survive all and everything that is placed in our way.

well, as most of you know me and X-SO are trying to work things out. he is still not living here and still does not know me and BM talk.
today I met BM and FSD at the park to play (with my new puppy Kooper)

while Kooper and FSD were playing me and BM talked...
she told me tat she explained to FSD that her daddy and I no longer live together. she then said that FSD asked if she HAD to go to daddys!
she dont want to. possible due to the fact that X-SO never plays with FSD when we had her, so im assuming this is not new behavior!

So my awesome FDH gets a call from a teacher at his daughters school. The teacher leaves a message saying she is very concerned about sd11. ummm, he has never been called! EVER!!! EVER!!! NEVER!!!

Ok, so he calls back...this teacher tells him that sd11 has not done but one homework assignment (I reminded him I did one with her) he says, yep...that is the ONLY one she has done!!!

WHY?????

I am so tired of this woman trying to screw over my fiance and using the children (FSS18, FSD16, FSD15, FSS13) to manipulate him because "you're leaving mom out in the cold". He paid her $4200 a month for the first 2 years and now pays $2450 a month (it has almost been 4 years). $650 of that is alimony, which is laughable because SHE kissed another man when they were married and was dating her current on/off affair partner a week after my Fiance moved out before any legal papers were filed, although they were "good friends" for at least six months prior to that.

As I have said before we are going away this weekend for my bday and mil is to take all kids. WELLLLL my SON decided this is a great weekend to have his first date!!! He asked her out himself and set up all the plans, he has it very well planned out. He included his sis and her bf. Now I am NOT leaving a 16 and 17 year old at my house alone for the whole weekend!!! NOT gonna happen! So know what ds does he calls my mom who lives a few blocks from us and asked to stay with her so he can go on his date and he talked her into being his taxi!!!

thank you so much for that website. i see so much of SD14 in this list here....maybe there is something relaly wring with her...DH already thinks i don't like SD so bringing this up will never work....hopefully BM and DH will see it on their own..hopefully...bc i am tired of this behavior.....one thing mentioned on that website was that they have bizarre sense of humor..she will laugh at stuff that NO ONE else is laughing about..it could be someone getting hurt in a movie or sometihng serious like that....she will speak very blunt and very loud....i can't stand it

We got the GAL report today. We were really hopeful but she made a recommendation based on not changing the status quo.

This is for temporary orders, but all I've heard is that it might as well be permanent.

I hate that so many of my posts revolve around Mother Russia…

DH and I have not spoken since Monday when we had parent/teacher conferences for his two girls.

We learned that the 7 yr old is socially retarded. That she is "mean", "bossy" and that the "other children resent her for her behavior".

We learned that the 11 year old has decided that she no longer needs the $300.00 pair of glasses that she INSISTED she have last year because she just couldnt read without them!
