One upon a time..... Roughly 6 years ago, shortly before my entrance (the fairly quick exit) into stephe!!, I went on a date.  This man was very nice, held all my same values, was cute, and I enjoyed his company, at the end of the date, he proceeded to ask for a second.  I said yes (duh, I was into him) and then he never messaged or spoke to me ever again.

I wrote him off like any sane person would do.

EX's bad parenting is officially biting him in the ass.  Today I received a courtesy call from FSD12's  (FORMER step daughter 12) phone informing me that she won't have a phone for probably months if not more. Why you may ask?

That guy I absolutely wasn't going to date.  We ended up dating for a few weeks.  I broke it off yesterday.  Hoenstly we both realized we werent' compatible, wanted different things, even told me that yesterday and basically broke up with me and came back.  And frankly this sucks.  He didn't have a consistent schedule with his kids, was asking ex 2's permission for literally anything, paying for things for her, etc.

So my ex has been blocked for a while now.  And this guy kept asking me on dates.  I kept stalling saying no, etc.  But tlaking to my therapist, we kind of agreed that it could be okay for me to go on some dates.  That it would be healthy for me to kind of start putting myself back out there.  And that dtaes doens' tmean a relationship.
