Hello and Happy Mother's Day to all of you amazing mothers!

I just wanted to give a quick update to tell y'all that I am out of the house and have spent the first night in our apartment! My kids love it, my brother and sister just keep telling me that it has good vibes, and I was pleasantly surprised at how big it actually is. All of my furniture looks great and doesn't feel squished!

Ok, so I went back to stay at the house last night. I did a quick inventory of everything and found that he took my personal files. He took all my old tax return info, my birth certificate, my kids Social Security Cards, Their Birth Certs, all of my CS documents, my custody paperwork... everything!

I talked to the police. The officer told me that he believes I will be granted an emergency protective order. They last for 3 days and would grant me the house. The officer told me to get everything I want in the house out of there within those 3 days. He said if he stepped foot on the property during that time that they would 100% take him to jail. I am meeting the magistrate today at 4 to hopefully get the protective order.

Sitting in the living room tonight AHH tells me that ss has been recommended for summer school again. Great I said, it is good for him to stay active in school. Then AHH told me ss told his teacher we are getting divorced. He said that the teacher was just gushing about what a sweet boy he is and how he is just a total joy.... :?

I asked if this was the same teacher who filled out all the behavior reports. He said yes, but she gets how wonderful he is.

I said right up until he decides to try and punch her or throw a chair through her window!
