Vindicated

Since being single I have discovered :

- My ex started seeing someone 2 weeks after 4 1/2 years of together and officially together for almost 4 years. This someone has a 4 year old son (keep in mind that this man as 6 children with two different women all 14 and under)

- The 11 year old son started living there because his mom can't handle him. (he fights with everyone in the house) My ex lives 1.5 hours from his hometown and his father, my ex works a chaotic schedule with very long hours (approximately 12)

Breaking up is really hard

I just broke up with my boyfriend today and I know it was probably the right thing to do but I feel awful. I've been trying to do it for months but, I kept putting it off because I've invested three years of my time so I wanted it to work.

The issue that finally caused me to snap was that I hate the dynamic between my ex boyfriend and the mother of his two smaller children. For anyone who is new... She is the bi-polar one who lived with us for several months when she had no where to go.

Weird situation over the weekend

My boyfriend had his children over the past weekend and I went over for one day to visit since I haven't seen the older ones in 2 months. I took a hot bath while I was there. I love taking Epsom salt and other types of detox baths. They relax me. I felt dehydrated and dizzy so I opened the window while I was in the bathroom, but I still felt dizzy. Sometimes that happens to me with baths.  In the past my boyfriend has asked me to change in the bathroom after baths which I think is unreasonable especially when I'm sweating.

Sleeping arrangements

What are everyone's sleeping arrangements for SK's that come over every other weekend? Do you think it's necessary for the kids to have their own beds and rooms? My boyfriend just moved into a three bedroom apartment and wants to get triple bunk beds for both rooms. Even if you only spend $100 on each mattress it's going to cost like $1200 total with the mattresses and if you get the cheapest bunk bed frames. The rooms are kind of small and I think getting a foldable queen size mattress or foldable twins make more sense.
