So DH has to take the SD to dance on Mondays. As per the usual, he didn't think about dinner until the last minute … whatever. I came up to eat the frozen pizzas he has thrown in the oven. DH is eating at the table. SD is prancing around eating leftover dinner rolls (way to go DH, that's a healthy meal). And SS14 is asleep. On my furniture. Which I hate because they slobber all over the pillows. But I didn't say anything.

So I recently got it through DH's thick skull that it wasn't fair that I was the only one cleaning this huge house we bought every weekend while the two skids slept all damn day. They don't have any chores because DH can't follow through on any with them. So Sundays became the day that everyone had to help clean. The skids didn't do a whole heck of a lot, but at least they had to to be inconvenienced from what THEY wanted to do for a while, so I considered it a win.

Missing the Bus

Why oh why is it so damn difficult to get on the bus which come at the EXACT same time every single morning? Oh yes, I know. Because this would require, actually REQUIRING your children to be responsible DH. AND DH, YOU would have to be responsible too!

First of all DH, instead of watching TV until all hours of the night and falling asleep on the couch, how about you try checking to make sure your 14 year old goes to sleep at a decent hour? Because he does not. He is up until midnight every night, texting or playing Xbox, or whatever the hell he does in there.
