It's my birthday so lets give sd attention

So yesterday was my birthday, Yea me right? Dh and I took the day off since Saturday sd has a colorguard event that dh will be gone to. We sleep in and start getting it on for birthday lovings and as soon as we are done dhs phone starts blowing up. Sd is having bad chest pain. Her chest hurts and it feels like she is being stabbed in the chest. The school nurse calls and before he can hang up the school social worker is calling him. The social worker was wanting to know if sd had health insurance and offering information for her to be seen without it.

Did I go to far?

Friday dh took my car to get the tires rotated and then picked dd and sd up from school. I like my car clean I am constantly on sd for leaving her stuff in it. When I went to the school on Saturday to volunteer her crap was in the back seat *surprise*. We were moving props and her crap was getting in the way so I tossed it into the band room. I left it there. I want to take full credit on leaving it there but i can't. I ran a load up to the other location and on the way back I got a call that said we were done for the day. They had already locked up and were headed home.

I need help disengaging

I try to follow what I read here but it doesn't seem to work and sds actions affect me. How do you guys handle things that affect you? Is it effect? I looked it up and I'm not sure which one is right. :O anyways this morning sd didn't take the trash out last night and it was over flowing this morning and making the kitchen smell so bad I was gagging. Dh had cleaned out the fridge of leftovers and it was pretty stanky. Sd had already left for school so I had to drag it to the garage and spray some febreeze to get through my morning.

Sd lack of properly doing her chores ruined Christmas dinner. A $40 roast and dh is blaming my dd for it. Here is what happened. I make a delicious crock pot roast every year with mash potatoes and asparagus for Christmas dinner. This morning I grabbed my crock pot and put it together and set it to cook all day. An hour ago I checked it and the crockpot is full of f@cking soap bubbles!! It has dish soap in it. No, I don't believe sd or anyone added soap I believe when it was washed 2 days ago sd didn't rinse all the soap out of it!
