24 hour notice

Since I am no longer a SM I'm leaving Step talk. I'll be deleting my account tomorrow. To all my good friends I've made on here thanks for the advice. To the bullies I'll pray for you.

Update

I had surgery a few months back and now I'm back to working. SS14 is now far away in a different town supposedly getting the mental help he needs. I remember the people from there called me and asked if me and DH were going to be there for him during court. I told the lady to call his mom and she said he would benefit from us being there then I interrupted her and explained my kids were the victims and she said Oh so you don't really care what happens to him and I flat out told her that I didn't.

The Letter of Apology

After 3 months in juvie SS14 said he was sorry to DH in a letter for what he has done. He told DH that BM will be changing his name so we won't know it and don't have to worry about him anymore and that he understands that DH wants to terminate his rights. Now DH feels like crap and will more than likely not terminate his rights and continue with his child support payments and trying to force a relationship with SS.

Much needed vacation

I wish I could get away from everyone and be left alone for a whole month. I wish I could just quit my job it sucks!!!!!!!!

If only.....

I had this site before getting too involved with someone with a kid. Anyone else feel this way?

Do we have to?

Just when I think it's over nope! We have to pack his clothes so he can go to to mental hospital place. It's like he's a bad case of herpes...just when you think he's gone he comes back

My previous post

A few of you think I'm trolling fine you are entitled to your opinions but the truth doesn't need to be defended. Did my SS14 attempt to molest my kids yes! Does he have a low iq of 69? Yes!!! Did DH meet with an attorney to discuss terminating his rights yes!!! After his rights are terminated he will no longer be financially responsible for SS14. Yes, BM agreed to sign whatever paperwork needs to be signed to help DH terminates his rights. I came here hoping for some advice, encouragement or even just some support; thank you to the people who gave me much needed support and advice.

2017 the year I'm no longer a SM

if you have been reading my previous posts I cannot wait until DH terminates his rights to SS14!!!! Then we can get in with our lives as if he never existed. We have talked to an attorney who said she can get his rights terminated and BM has agreed to sign the paperwork.

Now that he's gone

Now that my child molester SS14 is on his way to a mental hospital far away I'm finding out that he threw my curling irons away and a lot of my stuff. He will be coming back to town after 90 days for another court date. I hate I ever allowed him in my home because of what he did to my kids. I cannot wait for this nightmare to be over.

Update on SS in juvie

He wrote DH a letter pretty much apologizing for his bad behavior but said he attempted to molest my kids (his half siblings) so he could get sent back to BM. :jawdrop:
