My bio boys don't live with me and I live with DH and SD16 and SS22.
Two weeks ago SD16 wants fruit. So DH goes a buys her five cans of fruit of which she ate half a can.
Yesterday, SD16 brings cereal and drinks home. I assume from her BM's home. Idk....

So last night, my boys, by some miracle of God, spend the night. Big deal for me.

Problem: Our wedding is 9-10-11 and its too early for me to exactly tell how custody is going to work out. Im worried that our wedding will fall on BMs weekend. There is NO way she will switch with us especially is she finds out its for our wedding.

Question: Does anyone know if there is a way to get a court order for temporary custody for something like a wedding?

So, yesterday I posted about the IM I received from BM about the CS back in April. I haven't read through those messages since the day I received them until yesterday. I read through them again this morning, & I see such a range between what seem to be polite remarks & then some downright hateful remarks. The correspondence between us spanned over 2 days, I believe. I'm not sure if she's honestly trying to be kind & is just bad at it, or if she's being nice in a snide way. I know from my side, I make every effort to be fair.

Ok in a post yesterday I kind of came to the realization that indeed I am going to use my office for my oldest as his own bedroom soon.

Problem is this-he's been asking for his own room but not daily-more like every couple of weeks or so.

Wow did I start off this day on the wrong foot! First I overslept by an hour and a half. Then I left my lunch on the counter. I've been so good with what I'm eating - my lunch had three tiny meals, each one consisting of a good source of protein and a serving of fruit. I was so pissed when I realized I left it home that I yelled F!?K out loud while merging onto the freeway. LOL

So I was thinking today how unbalanced the CS system is.

BM gets a set ammt from DH every month. Court set, a warrant goes out for his arrest if he doesn't pay it.

Just a general question for those of you out there with boys and girls for (s)kids. SS3 and SD5 still take baths together. There have been a few times where we've left the room and come back to see them laying naked on top of each other in various ways (that are incredibly sexual) and giggling. I think that's totally inappropriate and we've told both of them that they should not be touching each other's privates in any way. I know this could be completely innocent, and probably just normal kid stuff but I'm starting to think that SD should start showering herself.

FDH and I met with a new atty last night...he is awesome! He represents fathers rights. He will be filing a contempt motion on BM and is also requesting a modifcation in CS. Which getting the modification in CS is going to be a win!!!

I am aware of social networking entries by BM complaining about being single. I thought I'd write a personal ad for her. What would your ad say? }:)
