I haven't posted in a while but I feel like I'm living in a crazy lala land. My SS11 is here for the weekend me and DH38 have a toddler 2 years old. Our toddler is a hyper playful little boy while SS11 wants to be on phone, iPad and Nintendo all day, but the baby is so excited to see him he wants to play. When my toddler acts out I count to 3 and then there's a consequence, because of this I never get to 3 lol. Yesterday toddler supposedly hit SS11 3 times after the third time he smacked him across his stomach.

WELL, its here, the moment of Truth and Divorce.

Husband is playing a game of Cat and Mouse and revealing himself here and there. 

Apparently his big plan is to get a job as soon as unemployment runs out. And he will work on home improvements and keep track of time and labor, sell the house, divorce me and have a "fresh start". Sometime in the next who-knows.

But he would stay with me if I admit to my wrong-doing, and show him all my phone texts.

I posted a few months ago my frustration with my job and especially my coworker who is my boss's daughter. Well, not only did I get a bonus this month which was another one of my complaints, but my boss called me today to tell me her daughter has quit. I am SO EXCITED. She apparently kind of backstabbed her mom (my boss) because she had no idea she was looking or anything. She also felt like she was unable to take ownership of projects after her one project just ran out and was instead assisting my other coworker and myself.

Need others thoughts on this one if were being over dramtic or something.  My 15 yr old SD lives with us 75% of the time and goes to her moms for all school breaks except thanksgiving.  She is with her mom now they live 11 hrs away.  My SD reposted on Facebook a photo her mom took.  The photo was my SD laying on her stomach next to her stepdad on a bed with her top half laying on the side of his chest . hes on his his back and one arm around her. she was in booty shorts ant a tanktop.  her 18 year old brother is on the other side or the stepdad laying on his side up againt the stepdad.

We leave on Wed night for a long weekend with my ILs to celebrate our nephews HS graduation.

SIL just called my bride. From the second DW answered it was clear that something was up.  SIL was in her pouty sullen voice which is a major tell when she is up to something.

After 30mins of random meandering topical discussion, SIL asked DW if we would go to dinner with her and her girl friend.

SIL is not even divorced from her DH and is trying to pimp her GF to my wife in some kind of begging for approval thing.   DW is flumoxed.

I came across this and LOVE it:

We spent a week with our son. We have not seen him in a year and a half.  It was great to see him.  There was the occassional spark of him that burned through but overall he is struggling with mental illness.  A very sad thing.

So with previous advice on this site, I have taken SD11, SS13 and BM out of my head. I deactivated any social platforms they are on and blocked both SD and BM on my Snapchat. Not that I use it much. 
 

Then I spoke with DH and we are in a bit of a fork in the road situation. Long story short - we are moving!! 
I am so excited as we will be moving 7 hours away from BM for DH work. This means no more FIFO! My DH can come home to me and our 3 babies every night now. 

Thursday SD18 had a pinning ceremony at her school because she will be graduating with her CNA. She is going to college for nursing so she has this little step up already. 

SD told us BM will be attending… whatever we don’t care. I assumed her mom would be attended with her for back up. 

We really haven’t seen her since SS20s high school graduation in 2022. We saw her last year, but she sat far away in a corner as she only attended one of SDs lacrosse games last year. 

I said to SO I wouldn’t be surprised if her or her lunatic mother say something to him.... 

I realize the following is probably just everyday, typical BS in step-hell but it still feels outrageous. 

So here is what happened: DH and I were having a chat about how far we've come (nearly 20 years together) and where we are now and so on and so forth, when out of the blue, he tells me that last year OSD28 asked him to spend 4 weeks with her traveling, just the two of them, OVER CHRISTMAS. He said he turned her down, for obvious reasons. The audacity of these SDiablas has no bounds.
