SS4 Surgery Scheduled

SS4's eye surgery has been scheduled for next month. For those who haven't ready my previous posts, SS4 has a crossed eye / lazy eye that we have been in the process of correcting. Like any shitty BM (there are good ones out there, but unfortunately I didn't gain a good one when I met DH), she doesn't give a shit about her son's eye & did not enforce the glasses. So I quit worring about it & waited until today to schedule surgery. We got two new pairs of glasses too.

BM makes predicting the future too easy.

So, everything I had predicted has happened.

BM and her (now seperated)Husband are divorcing. She moved all 4 of her kids (only 2 are my skids) out of his house and into her Mother's home. The older two kids (not mine) are used to this, as they have lived with 3 different men in the 2 years that DH and I have been together, and BM's mother raised them (without BM present) until they were almost 3. Did I say she moved all 4 kids to her Mother's? Once again, prediction correct. SS4 and SD4 are now with us full time, and she is "supposedly" going to get them every weekend.

Hey everyone! I haven't been on in a while, but it's actually a good thing! Let me tell ya!

Thanks to those of you who commented on my last blog, "O/T: Laid Off Today". I appreciated all of the positive vibes. And they must have paid off! I am happy to say that after 3 weeks of searching, I started my new Full Time job this past Monday!!!

Christmas Day..

So BM's (soon to be EX)H drops the kids off at our house at 11:00 to open presents and give them to us for the week. As soon as the door opens the fucking bullshit begins.

First of all, SS3 doesn't have his glasses on. We are trying to fix a lazy eye that he has, and the doctor gave him the glasses to see if they would help without having to go through with the surgery.

BM has sent me another Facebook friend request.

Now, I know that we get along. We talk when she drops the skids off. We can communicate on the phone and what not without stirring up anything. We are pretty civil. I do not like her as a person, but she is my skids mother, and I will accept that and treat her politely as long and I am being treated the same.

So, guess who got a new vehicle & cell phone yesterday?

If you guessed BM, you are correct. Now, how she obtained these things without having a job, I don't know. Hopefully her (soon to be ex)H didn't buy them for her, considering she is leaving him and moving somewhere else soon. She informed us that she would be moving closer into town soon. (She has had her last name changed and marital status taken off of her Facebook for two months or so now.) I wonder where she is moving to?

NOW They Wear Clothes That Fit

Here's the thing.. I do not send any clothing that I buy for my skids back to BM's house. It won't come back, and she will have her other kids wearing it too. When skids get to our house on Sunday, I wash the clothes they have on, down to the underwear, and put them up in the closet. On Sunday when we take them back, they put those clothes back on and wear them to BM's.
