We allegedly do not feed stepkids - told to shove it up our asses
Stepkids have been here for a while. Eating like horses. Friday night: 4 large adult pizzas, plus 4 pints of ice cream (OK my own kid had some too.)
Saturday: large burgers and supersize fries. Indian food at a restaurant too.
In between: cereal, sandwiches, noodles, ham, cheese, Cokes etc. We spent approximately $200 on food for them the past 4 days.
Incessant gaming and chattering disrupting biological son's studying
My biological son, 17, is studying for exams. Him and SS share the loft area in our home, but in separate bedrooms.
Refusing to stick to division of chores
So my DH's ex decided that her Christmas break was starting early, without really consulting DH or me, and we've been stuck with a house full of kids since last week Friday. Fortunately I put my foot down and they didn't bring any friends (see my previous blog).

Body art and lying
Sorry if this posting isn't directly related to stepkids, but I have recently found out something which is unaccountably bothering me.
I'm not a great fan of tattoos or body art, don't have any myself, but don't mind if other people have them. My husband has 2 tattoos, one on his bum and another in a fairly....ahem...intimate space. The second one is of an intricate design and supposedly symbolizes yin and yang or two halves that make a whole, or some suchlike idea.

Skids bringing friends along too often?
Hi, Everybody,
New member here. I would like to know what other stepparent's feelings or policies are regarding their stepkids bringing friends along.
My husband has joint custody with his ex. We see his 2 kids, ages 13 and 16 (girl / boy) every other weekend and alternate weeks during the holidays.
