Update-It’s been a while

Hey all. It's been a while since I last posted-but to be honest it's been pretty good.  My SD17 hasn't been here since June.  She still refuses to come over and she hasn't talked to hubby at all.  A text now and again-a reply when hubby tells her he loves her.  It is still up in the air as to if she will graduate this year but she will more than likely graduate-the high school here gives all kids 100chancee to hand 'something' in.

What a day…No talk for DH with SD16

So I had multiple things going on this AM. Get my son to his last day of camp with all the stuff he needed, meeting with my boss and my DH was supposed to go talk to SD16.  He came to bed the night prior and was all sorts of pissed off, said he didn't want to talk about it he was tired (I knew he had a rough night at work so I assumed it was related).  I'm driving my son to camp and it's already 9am, which is the time DH was to meet SD.  I don't want to get involved with their stuff but I messaged/called him because I know he would be disappointed if he overslept.

I went through her room and he freaked..

So my SD16 hasn't been to our home in 2 months.  She has a new bank accounts and a phone that BM gives her and no one even tells us..we found out on our own.  She hasn't even given us her new number.  Her room stinks here ..hasn't cleaned it in about 6 months.  I went in to open the window and air it out when I decided to clean a bit.  A bit turned into a lot and I put her clothes and stuff in bags to bring to her moms since school is starting soon and I'm pretty sure all the shoes she owns are here.  Did I mention she is a borderline hoarder?

SD16 finally got what she wants…and I don’t plan on seeing her

Hey all. It's been a while since I've posted.  Honestly, it's been the best month I've had in years.  I'm almost sad to say it's likely because SD 16 has Not been here since Father's Day when I was very blunt with her.  A lot of it is just all of our schedules conflicting..she should be coming over tomorrow but I really doubt it.

SD being sent to BMs parents but Really going to see her SO

So a month or so ago, BM tells DH that she would like to send SD16 to Denver to see BMs parents.  SD is Currently doing a summer program because she failed a class (got D's for the rest..barely passing ).  DH said she should not be able to go on trips as she has another trip scheduled in September (Hawaii with a friends family).  BM once again said  'well she tried and it's to see family..'.  BM always downplays any situation.  We knew the date of when SD was leaving (today)..and received the trip itinerary from BM.

I’m just going to start calling it how I see it..

Father's Day was mostly a success.  My daughters 17 +15(his SD's), got my husband small things and made him some whoopi pies and our son 10(our only kiddo together) got him something small.  My husband had to work today and only had a few hours to enjoy so the kids all sat in the living room to hang out with dad...all except my SD16. -_-   (His biological eff'ing kid...)

I went on the vacation w/SD…

Just an update-So I have been posting about how rude my SD 16 is.  It's a mystery as to why really because I've been SM since she was 5 & she was always a happy bubbly kid and we were good with each other (she was the one who wanted to call me mom and so on)...but BM put her in some horrible situations and within the last 2 yrs.

Not sure where to go..or how to perceive this

I had requested about 3-4wks ago to discuss my SD16, withDH.  I have been disengaged since January however DH's approach to 'helping' includes pretending like everything is dandy-and not hold SD to any standards we have for my kids (chores, keeping rooms clean/doing laundry)  Part of his 'helping' is letting her come over, trying to talk general conversation with her and then her remaining in her room the entire time she is here until her mom picks her up.
