Halloween Costumes for Skids - Waste of Time?
For the last 2 years we've had skids for Halloween. This year they are scheduled to go back to BM at 5:30 on Halloween.
I sew. Each year we've made costumes and I let skids design it. They help with the entire process, I give them jobs to do along the way.
Poll: What is one thing that we DO like about our skids....I like that SD14 likes to play board games, even just her & I.

Sorry Ladies...I didn't mean for the "Halloween" post to get out of hand.
I went ahead and deleted the original post. Just so you don't think I'm an wicked SM. SD wants to come over to our house that weekend but it's not her weekend. Yes, I wanted to have a quiet evening at home. My bio will prolly not even be home, most likely she will be out with her friends or her BF. It's just that with my DH late hours, I treasure every moment he and I get to spend time together and since it wasn't SD weekend, I felt that she should stick to the schedule.
BM's feelings win again...update
I somehow managed to not wake DH up with a cup of ice water while screaming like a wackadoo who forgot to take their meds. I also made a dr appt for Fri because I don't think I'm going to survive my marriage without meds of my own. Instead of waking him I wrote a long letter to occupy my mind and then went to take a long hot bath with a big cold drink.

My bf's 19yr old hateful daughter
I need to vent since I have no one to talk to, but here we go. About 9 yrs ago, I met this really great man who had 3 young children at the time, I myself was living alone and just got a divorce. I had 2 young children myself from previous marriage.. Me and this man fell in love and in no time after a yr of dating he had asked me to move in with him in HIS home. I wasn't quite ready for this but I took that leap. Anyways, It was difficult then because we were blending a family together and boy was it hard..

Am I being over critical and overreacting?!
It's been a year since my husband gained full custody of his daughter (13 years old), and yet she still can't seem to pick up after herself without being asked to do so! She has her own bathroom, not in her bedroom, but it's across the hall from her bedroom. It has been a pet peeve of mine since we got her, that after she takes a bath, she doesn't drain the water until she is asked to even if it's days later. She leaves her clothes all over her bathroom floor and counters.
BMs and bedtime...
Why do the psycho BMs always call at bedtime????!? Are they seriously that clueless???
This is the second night within a week that Sybil has called just as DH was reading SD5 a bedtime story. SD needs a routine, she gets upset when it's broken. Last time she kept the kids then DH on the phone an hour, then heard SD in the background talking and went off on DH for letting her stay up so late. He told her, not at all nicely I'm happy to report, that he was putting her to bed when Sybil called an hour ago!!!

Skeletor the Useless strikes again...
So during the Skype convo last night she said "and you can tell THE Wifey, since I know she is listening, that she should have held her tongue and not sent that e-mail and maybe none of this would be happening" And I said and you can tell Skeletor that... And she cut me off. "THE Wifey, this is between me and FDH, not you". And I said, no, this decision is between he and I and doesn't involve you at all". Then later she said "THE Wifey, SHUT UP" when I was talking to him in the background. He said "That is unnecessary, do not talk to her like that".
