How could a mother kill her own kids?!?

Loca Grande decided back in October that she would start paying for school lunches. Made a big deal about how she wanted to help out while we got back on our feet after Loghead was out of work for 9 months. (Would have been nice had she made the offer a year ago when he first lost his job, but anyway...)

Several times over the last few months she had commented that she'd been up at school to make payments and meet with the boys' teachers.

:jawdrop: I am a mother of two and a step mother of 2. It has been a bumpy road. My husbands ex wife is out to make my life a living h@%%! Its been a nightmare the last year. She got my step children taken away by CPS and my husband and I fought tooth and nail to get them back.

To say the least I've had a hellacious couple of weeks and I feel I need an outlet to let go of my feelings before I explode. No one may even care. No one may ever even read this. But I need it for me. But just in case I do get some followers, or anyone that can offer some advice or caring words here's a little background.....

Never been to mediation before and I have some questions (I know answers may vary from state to state or even county to county) but I have NO idea what to expect. I will certainly be discussing this w/ our $300/hr attorney but any answers I can get from you STalkers may save me some lawyer face time. Here are some questions:

So last night went good! Skids were outside waiting when thier bm pulled up. They got right into the car and left. I didn't have to see her in my house. Now waiting to see what happens when she brings them back tom nite!

He is also going to go for a 6yr initial enlistment rather than 4. With his military school experience that gets him E-3 out of basic and a larger signing bonus.

I think this is a great idea. 6yrs should just about get him caught up on the maturity curve.

H got his final court order signed and approved by the judge today. In the CO says that parents will claim sd EOyear, this year being Bm's. H mentioned it to bm today and she said something about "not remembering it being there when she signed the agreement & was going to go back to court to have it changed" not honestly H said he doesnt care if he doesnt claim sd ever anyway, he was going to use that $$ to put in her savings acct anyway. BUT if he was to do it on the years he's entitled to; could bm try to fight it?

Today I was having a happy friday when sd21 texts me and tells me she and her boyfriend are getting drunk at 10 am.

She calls me about 3 to let me know she was REALLy having a fun time finding all the alcohol in her house. (I asked her not to drive anywhere).

Later, while I am cooking dinner, she sends me a picture message.....of her PUKE!

So she calls me again and tells me that "at least that one was outside" then she said "remember those boots you got me for Christmas? I had to puke in one of them to save the carpet."
