Not sure where to begin...

6 weeks since we have had visitation with ss14. It hasn't been from lack of dh trying either. Ss hasn't visited because there is always something going on that he wants to participate in....major sporting events, out of state school band competitions, etc. Bm has threatened to shoot dh if he tries to come pick up ss. All because dh was a week late paying CS. I'm just ready to give up. There are more details, but it would take me all day to write. Ugh!

Ss will be 15 in less than 2 months. Can he decide not to visit dh?

SS14 in trouble.

This week my ss14 got into a physical altercation with another student at school. Both kids received in school suspension. My ss14 received a "feelings packet" to work on while in suspension. According to bm, one of the questions was "how can you fix this problem?" And ss14 wrote suicide, quitting school, blowing up the school. Of course this was not taken lightly by the principal, so bm was contacted to pick ss14 up from school.

Paying for extracurriculars

My dh is not obligated to pay for anything but child support and and full medical expenses unless covered by insurance. Anything else he pays for is because he wants to help out. I can't tell you how many haircuts, shoes, clothes, and school supplies we have paid for over the years. But we did it because we wanted to, even though bm gets support.
