Just frustrated...50/50 my ass.

Just need a place to vent for a minute so I don't let my emotions out in front of skid. My husband and his ex are supposed to be on a 50/50 split for my two step sons, 12 & 14. However, BM put up a ridiculous fight recently when deciding where to live in relation to the kids schools (we live just down the street so they can walk to school and all their friends houses). Long story but she basically felt we were "forcing" her to move to our neighborhood (which believe me...I didn't want), so decided to take a stand and move to just outside the city limits.

So, BM and my husband went through a very difficult and ugly divorce. It's 5 years later and we are still hearing from her regularly about mass amounts of money she has made it up in her mind that he somehow screwed her out of. He didn't, by the way, but he still said he is willing to meet with a mediator to discuss whatever it is she thinks she is owed, but is not willing to do so unless she takes action and collects receipts for the things she says he owes her for and sets up the meeting herself.

Anyone else experienced this with BM?

So BM and my hubby divorced 5 years ago. She has been bitter and hateful to both him and me since. She decided yesterday to send him a “bill” for $10,000 including every single thing she has paid for for their 2 boys over the last 5 years. This included tiny things like Halloween costumes, gloves, a pencil case, shoes...etc. My husband has also purchased all of these things for them while they are at our home but didn’t think for a second that she should pay for half of these items as they’re everyday costs that are incurred at both households.
