So not sure what the correct course of action here is.... Custody orders say each parent responsible for 50% of medical costs not covered by insurance. Child got braces & at the time one parent had insurance that was going to cover a certain amount and mom & dad agreed to split the other portion... Well fast forward to one year down the road and half way through braces, each parent has paid off the agreed original amount... Parent with dental insurance changes job and dental insurances cancels...
