I have a ten year old step son who has bowel movements in his pants, denies it, cleans his self up then just goes about his business, his mom has mental issues ( bi polar ) is this a sign or symptom? Dad keeps talking to him but really hasn't done much else. There is no complaints of stomachaches, just does it. By the way the 16 year old step daughter will pee her pants because she doesn't want to stop what she is doing and the 6 year old stepson won't wipe his self after because dad will do it.
