Just a heads up for anyone in FL.

Summary of Changes:

1. Requires child support awards to end upon the child reaching the age of majority and, where appropriate, to account for revised child support guidelines based on remaining child support owed.

2. Where the parents of a child have a high income, a different standard is applied in order to determine the amount of child support owed.

Just need to put this out in words so that i can call on it later.

I had a conversation with DH last night before going out to eat with the skids. SS15 has been at our house since Thursday along with 2217 but he went home on Saturday to go to work. I knew ss15 would stay which irritated me. SS17 came back last night for the family meal that we had planned and he will be going home again this morning. ss15 is going back to BM's with him. I brought up to DH in our room before leaving that I would appreciate it if he told ss15 that it would be best if he waited to return on Sunday since he was planning on spending the remainder of the week with us.

It's time to start thinking about going back to work. Saw the supply list at the super center. Always have to pick up a copy so I can remember what I asked the students' bring. After doing this for 15 years, you'd think I could remember! LOL

Just wondering- how do you use spiral notebooks in your classroom? Especially in regards to reading or writing notebooks... Thanks for the tips!

BM has many lies in her affidavet (not sure if I am spelling that word right!) to the court for amending the parenting plan. My question is, will these lies come out in court? Will the Judge ask her about the absurd things she submitted? I have no idea how this works.

Hello everyone! Thank god I have found this site! My current situation is getting worse by the day, and I feel like I am sinking. I'll start from the top. I have two kids,T is 7 and F is four. I divorced my ex husband about two years ago, and since then have met a wonderful guy, E. E has no children of his own, and is very military style when it comes to putting his two cents in. I, on the other hand am very laid back. Over the past few weeks I have been seperating the kids and him, just so I don't have to deal with them all together, because it is so tense.

Well we received the offer of settlement on the CO modification from the BM from hell. She wants $586 a month CS. Us to cover the health insurance. She wants DH to lift the restriction on exposure to her SD18. We keep 50/50 of SS12 and she has full custody of SD14. Unbelievable. Our lawyer says she is only entitled to $96.00 not $586. Her lawyer seems to have pulled this number out of thin air.

My DH and I work in a bar as part time jobs on top of our regular mon-fri , 8-5 jobs. My DH is head bouncer and he DJ's when needed and he also tattoos. He has alot of chicks flirt with him and such. He's not drop dead hot, but he's not bad either. He seems to never introduce me to his female friends...they know he is married but they dont know to whom. He will introduce me to his male friends...but rarely the female..actually I've only met one female friend of his and we are all good friends ( she is married with kids..she's great) would any of you have issues with this with your DH?

Okay, I'll build this from another post... Gibby and I just got back from meeting with a dietician this morning. Gibby turned 9 yesterday. He weighs 113 pounds and is 54 inches tall.

I love him to death! But his nickname, Gibby, is cause he looks and acts like Gibby on iCarly. He's just a cute, round little thing. (Like his mama!)

But the dietician told us we are on the right track. Limit portions. Watch sweets. Push fruits and veggies. Get exercise. The idea at this point is to maintain, and just let him catch-up as he grows taller.
