First all has been quiet on the BM front. Kids can and are calling their dad while at her house we get them back this evening.

Secondly his new apartment complex called, the tenants that had his apartment previously moved out early and the apartment was cleaned/prepped/ready earlier than expected so they told him he could move in early, that gave him/us all week this week to move his things he and the kids will spend their first night at the apartment this evening!

Thirdly he was offered a job!!! Not as much money as he had been making but enough for him to actually be able to live and provide for the kids! Interview went great, so great they called him 2 hours later to come in for the second interview. He took the drug test Friday (which he will have no problems passing) and they are doing the back ground check now. As soon as that is back they will give him his start date. Per their HR department, longest a background check has ever taken was two weeks.

So it looks like in two weeks the temp CS order will have to be redone. Technically BM will still out earn him but not by alot. He and she had a discussion that he would be satisfied if she kept the kids on her insurance and just split extra-curr's and medical costs 50/50. She would still have to pay back what he over paid, but they would wash out CS, no one paying anyone. BM seems thrilled with this arrangement and ok'd it verbally. His/our attorney says he will write it up and submit to her attorney once SO actually starts his job. If all parties sign it, all the magistrate has to do is approve and sign it.

I am knocking on wood as I write this, but it does appear like things might be getting back to normal around here!
