What Do You Make Of This?

So, we had SD4 since Tuesday. We do all sorts of fun Halloween things, including a haunted train ride for kids. We take her trick or treating in her Minnie Mouse costume. BM had called twice while she was here crying on the phone for her to come home. Poor girl ran around packing her toys in a box because momma cwy for me. Then BM stopped calling, not even to see who was going to take her out for Halloween (no court order, not divorced yet). So we did. We took her home after trick or treating and did not give any advance warning that we were coming. So calls from cell phone to say we are outside please come out to meet her. He gives BM bags with her clothes and toys (we always send something back). She gives him packages of homemade food, including something pickled in a jar. SD waves to me in the car and yells bye bye Francesca, BM turns and looks at me then slams the door behind her. What's the food about?

Clearing out the cupboards?

I have a co-worker who brings me odd things. Intead of throwing away something she no longer needs, she will bring it to work to see if I want it. She has given me almost empty bottles of cleaning supplies, silk flower arrangements, and homemade canned pickles just to name a few. I don't know how old those pickles were that she gave me - but I never opened them. They went straight to garbage just like the other stuff. And I've since learned to say No Thank-You if she ever offers me anything. LOL

Just wondering if BM has more than she knows what to do with. But I'd be worried about the poison too!

She's done this before. When they were renting the house she used to leave cookies and meat platters in the refrigerator for him. I finally told him to stop bringing her food home. The Christmas cookies were like something from Martha Stewart (the bitch can cook) lambs with little tails and elfs with hats, OMG. I think in her sick way she's saying she's sorry and trying to get him back. She's like evil one day and sends food the next. I asked him why he didn't just say no thanks and he said she'll start crying and I just want to get out of here. Poor Minnie Mouse just wanted everyone to see her ears and dress, and the adults are in a hopeless tug of war.
