So I usual vent about my SD....NOT TODAY!!!!

My X husband and I get along fairly well. He is a totally tool but we manage. Let me tell you a little bit about our issues....

We were together for 18 years, married for 14 years, have 2 children together. 2 boys 14 and 20...Now The oldest does not get along very well with his father so he goes there sometimes to keep the peace for me. The 14 year old goes everyother weekend and now that in door soccer started he goes with him on practice day which is 1 day a week and then gets dropped off home. We are to split all expenses in half. Well as of right now he owes me about $1400, was having a tuff time with his wife the spender so i gave him a break. Well 20 year old is going back to college and needs book money, last semester I paid the full amount $667.00 for books so this semester is his turn...(I pay everything for oldest child even though it should be half)Whatever....Well he tells me yesterday not sure if i can put money in dont have it :jawdrop: ARE YOU KIDDING ME and let me tell you it is in writting he is to pay half of all college expenses, I made sure of that, and he doesnt pay CS for the oldest just the youngest but covers medical insurance. I told him you find a way to pay this, it is your turn and if not I will contact my lawyer...I have been patient with the money he still owes me not to make waves but WTF!!!!! I mean really...My husband of course says F&^* him we will take care of it...But I do not allow my DH to pay for my children. I take care of all there expenses from my pay not his...When we got married we decided not to put our money together. i owned my own home already and he moved in with me. (bought my home when I got divorced after selling the other) So household expenses we do together but our children we do separate, it works, so i pay alone for 2 children. WELL THIS MF is starting to really piss me off because he called me today to tell me his health insurance went up...DO YOU THINK I AM PAYING!!!!!! You owe me $1400, you have to put at least $700 into our childs account and you have the nerve to call me to tell me your insurance went up SERIOUSLY!!!!! and my son last summer took 2 summer classes in college so less this year and that cost me $2000 and i didnt ask for a dime because it was like trying to get water out of a rock and this ASS&*(() tells me his insurance went up...OMG SO PISSED RIGHT NOW!!!!!!

Oh and to boot my sons account went into the negative at the bank because 2 checks that his father deposited in there bounced and my son got charged for both bounce fees so last week had to dish out $130 because of the screw up. When I called him to tell him his response was, and get this "dont know what to tell you"....LOL Its unreal....
