So, BM tells FDH and mediator that teens won't see dad unless he comes back to mother (gone two years).

Teens say this because BM told them they have to get him back for her.

Our wedding is planned for next September. We both spoke to our parents and both sides plan to help us with a total of about $4,000 each. We were both really pumped about that because it was more than we were expecting.

I'm sad to say I'm talking about my biological family here and not steps.
My daughter 19 lives with my mom and happens to have a 3 year old child.(She had him young)
My daughter has been trying to help out around the house while holding down a job and going to college. I know my daughter and I know she's not perfect and I'm sure she shoulders some of the burden of the argument but my mom is trying to control her and I just can't seem to do anything about it.
My mom wanted her to get a job, she gets one and now my mom says she's not home enough and needs to quit.

Does anyone else out there have a BM that tells the step child its ok to call them a "bitch" or "whore"? Because I do the other day we got in the car and my SS8 asked what a "bitch" was and my husband asked why and his reply was "thats what mommy says Kate is" Can you believe that she also tells him he doesnt have to listen to me! Im really lucky he is a great kid doesnt call me those names and listens really well for an 8 yr old.

My SDstb14 has always had a horrible attitude when it comes to sharing. It must be something like death to her.

Last night, I was not. I'm not sure what got into me. It's like all of the logical thoughts in my head were replaced by studpid emotions that are completely absurd.

For instance:
LOGIC - My DH loves me completely and married me because he wants to be with me.
ABSURD - If BM made a strong enough play for him, DH would take her back so that he could have his kids full-time.
