BM Thinks Her Mother Gets Visitation Over FDH

Long story short: BM wants to ship off the kids to her mother's for the entire summer. BM's mother lives 3 hours away. Per the custody agreement, FDH is supposed to get the kids EOWE.

Yesterday BM texted DH that she just wanted to let him know that the kids would be at her mother's this summer taking swimming lessons.
DH texted back that's fine, as long as I get them on my weekends.
BM texted back, there's nothing stopping you from going up there and seeing them on your weekends.
Then it was arguments back and forth.

Really BM? Are you f-ing serious?

Am I Pregnant?

Because several people now have told me that I am.

Before I describe anything, I have taken two home tests, and both came back negative. I took the tests about two weeks ago, just a little after my "period." It was pretty light, but I would consider it more than spotting.

Nice moment this weekend. I had bought a few new clothes for the kids. We dropped the kids off with their mom on Sunday. As we're driving back, FDH gets a text from BM telling him to thank me for the clothes and it was very nice of me to get them.

BM has never spoken a word to me, so I was pretty surprised. I'm glad though. The kids, especially FSD10, really liked them.

The other day FDH played me this song he heard on the radio, Phil Vassar- Don't Miss Your Life. He said it really got to him. I have to admit, I was really annoyed. FDH told me I didn't understand because I don't have kids.

Any Recommendations?

I'm a little worried about FSS5. He seems to be progressing just a little too slowly.

First, it's difficult to understand him when he talks, especially when he is excited. I think his verbalization sounds more like a 3 year-old. On the other hand, he is quick to pick up on things other people say, even if they are not talking to him.

Ever since Christmas, I've been kind of ridiculously excited about buying clothes for the skids, particularly for FSD10.

FDH and I bought them a bunch of clothes for Christmas, mostly because we knew that they would be getting quite a few toys from BM and her mother. I picked out a lot of the clothes. FSD really, really liked some of the items we bought her. She wears them every time she comes to our house.

So I bought my car last year from the same dealer that my mother has always purchased her cars from. We trust the dealer, the cars last out all other family vehicles, and we have a friendly relationship with the guys at the service center.

There is one particular service guy who has been helping me ever since I bought my new car. He wanted to buy my old car from me, but unfortunately we couldn't work out a deal. At the time, he met FDH.

I don't know whether to laugh or choke a b*ch. BM just threatened to take FDH to court OVER A HAIRCUT.

Saturday, FDH and FSS5 were working in the yard and FSS asked FDH to shave his head "like yours." FDH was in the USMC. He still likes to shave his head. He was reluctant to shave his son's head all the way, so instead he gave him a "high and tight."

Sunday 3pm, FDH brought the kids back to BM. BM remarks to FSS, "Oh, daddy gave you a haircut." And that was ALL she said.
