So I found out SS13 got an email and myspace at his moms house, I broke into his email.. the same kid who likes to play sweet and innocent has the dirtiest things to say in emails.. anyways you would think getting on the computer and getting email and myspace is no big deal.. ahhh not with SS, he has a history of getting on hardcore porn sites, getting profiles with OUR personal info listed for any perv to see, this was all done at BMs house, she claims she took care of it and he will nto be on the computer without her beside him.. she also said he would be to bed before her since he watched a hardcore porn with his 11 yr old and 5 yr old sister in the room, then decided to "tickle" his 11 yr old sister.. under her shirt.. and yes child protective services were called and they did nothing cuz she fed them this line of shit that she was gonna do this and that..
so I broke into his email, its almost 2 am, and I watch him put things into the trash (I keep hitting refresh).. he is up and on the computer.. and I have proof.. cuz I seen it!!
he says the dirtiest things to girls, just turned 13 and called one a f*%#@ing bitch.. and guess what the loser (yes I said BM is a loser for those of you who want to complain) the loser BM does not even care!!
We are talking about a 13 yr old who told 5 diff. drs. and psychologists that he often thinks about sex with his sister, he wants to kill someone, with a guy... who was put in a residental place for a wk (what a joke that was) to get him "intensive quick help" to keep everyone in the house safe from him, and he is now going to a partial school, its pretty much day therapy every other week..
we are stuck between a rock and a hard place, if we dont let him go to his moms then his behavior gets worse, he idolises her.. if he goes he is out of control!!
She should NOT be allowed to be in control of children!!

Oh believe me we have checked about the boot camp thing, the nearest one is 45 mins away, they have a one day option, we sent him to that, made no difference at all... punishments and rewards fail to change his behavior. His dad has been up his ass about it, it dont matter he just stares with a blank look, he has no reaction whatsoever! (read my other post SS13.. it will explain alot)
Found out last night he has a "girlfriend" he was talking to on messenger so I couldnt see what was being said, I know the girls father.. and I feel it is my responsibility to let him know what this kid is about!

oh I call BM a loser because she is.. what would you call someone who promises a 6 yr old a party and moves 4 hours away, no calls, no visits nothing for 9months, or someone who has her kids with a known drug dealer (yes its known for a fact, cuz he went to prison and was deported for it), someone who lets their kids stay with a mentally unstable man, so much unstable that a judge ordered supervised visits for her, and a protection from abuse so he can not be around the kids, or how about meeting someone on craigslist and within a few weeks of meeting him face to face move in and have all the kids call him daddy, she is still married to another guy most of this time.. her own lawyer suggested that she signs the custody papers and not take it infront of a judge becuase she will lose, or how about her times in jail, 3 of them for not paying support, and once for stealing 8000 from her work .. and lets not forget using her kids, getting out of a contempt by saying her daughter was in the hospital dying waiting for a kidney transplant, begging money from people off the computer (aid pages), saying her husband (odd since her husband was deported after serving 4 yrs for dealing drugs) tried to kill himself, and since he chose to live they put him in jail.. (hmm funny I thought he went to jail cuz he stole a gun), then saying they were trying to riase their 2 kids (yeah she dont have kids with him, and she has 4 kids altogether, but only has one)

I never call her names infront of the kids, but she can call me a whore, bitch, slut, call their dad a jack ass, asshole, sperm donor or whatever other name she sees fit? she does not refer to us with our names, only profanity.. its ok for her to tell the kids that "mommy didnt call you because daddy was being mean to me again" (dont know how going to jail for a few days makes it DH fault she didnt call for over 3 months.. hmm now that I think about it I should call her princess, and we can all hold hands and sniff flowers

If 5 professionals told me to let my kids lock themselves in their rooms at night to be safe from SS, then you bet your ass I am going to be concerned with what he is doing.

and its not even that I am concerned with what BM allows them to do, I am worried (as are the councelors and psychologists) about the amount of self control.
I was even very bluntly told that SS knows now that SD will tell, I was told to keep my 8 yr old very close and not let them alone together, not even in the living room.
